Located directly on the beach, you’re just 30 steps from the elevator to the sand, making it incredibly easy to enjoy morning walks, afternoon swims, and unforgettable Gulf Coast sunsets.

Set in a quiet, friendly 16-unit building, our top-floor condo offers a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to everything the island has to offer.

In December 2009, we found the perfect spot to call our “home away from home,” and it’s been a place of relaxation and cherished memories ever since.

We love Fort Myers Beach so much, and we hope you enjoy your stay here just as much as our family does.

What makes this property unique

Our condominium community has only 16 units, giving it a friendly, intimate atmosphere. Every time we visit, we’ve met wonderful people from all over—both owners and vacationers—which makes each stay even more special.

Our condo offers the best of both worlds: a relaxed, peaceful setting for enjoying the beach and pool, yet close to restaurants, bars, and shopping. For added convenience, a Publix grocery store is just one mile south, making it easy to stock up on everything you need.
