Contemporary home located in the resort of Waterville Estates. Cathedral ceiling, hardwood floors, sliding glass doors to deck. The home is located on a private wooded acre. Three bedrooms plus loft set up as two queens, two twins and a full size futon. Bright and sunny open concept with fireplace. Two full baths. Private outdoor four person hot tub. Walking distance (1/4 mile) to multi-million dollar sports center.


We supply 4 passes (additional day passes can be purchased) that get you free and unlimited use of:

We had a wonderful experience renting this property. The community center was beautiful and we loved rhe pool and the restaurant had great food and drinks! The house was clean and set up beautifully for our arrival. We were provided everything we needed and fresh towels were left on every bed. We absolutely loved the quiet and relaxing wooded environment as well as our 2 dogs. We would definitely rent again.

We enjoyed staying at this vacation home. We had 6 adults and two small children in our party. We aren’t much of skiers but love the white mountains in the summer time. There was plenty to do nearby. The pools hot tubs etc were great. We ventured up to story land for a day but mostly stayed around the area and just enjoyed all the amenities that came with the guest passes. The owners are wonderful people who mange their rentals well. Would stay again.

Fabulous Family Vacation

We loved the combination of a secluded home with easy access to many amenities! Plenty of space for 6 adults. Days were filled with hikes, tennis, basketball, volleyball, and relaxing at the pool. We enjoyed the private hot tub and fire pit in the evenings.

White Mtn Adventure

Great location and having access to the resort amenities was phenomenal!! Extremely responsive owner and the house had everything we needed, without question. The basement level is a little worn and the outside a bit untidy but the main floor and loft areas were perfect for our needs. Great, open, communal space and was wonderful to be able to have our dogs with us!!

My husband, daughter (age 7) and parents all enjoyed our stay! = It was a wonderful setup for our family and it was so nice to have access to the community center with the indoor pool for our daughter. The extra passes made it easy for all of us to go as a family, as well! Everyone said they would love to come back to stay!!!

Nice property with superb property managers

A pleasant stay in a great location. It was nice to have the rec center with gym and pools right there. The property managers are super responsive. A little small for our party of 8 but we waited to book it a little too long and it’s advertised appropriately so that’s on us. It all worked out.

Great cabin

The house had everything we needed. Communication was great with the property owners/managers. They were helpful and informative. We have been spending Thanksgiving on Campton Mountain for over 12 years and this house was surely one of our all time favorites!

Perfect Ski Getaway!

Terrific mid winter stay

We rented Deb’s property for a long weekend getaway with our cousins and had a wonderful time! The house felt big enough for 5 adults and 2 kids to enjoy time in the house and it was close enough for daily trips to Loon mountain to snow shoe and snowmobile. The hot tub was wonderful to come back to after our adventures. We can’t wait to come back to visit in any season!

Great week in the mountains.House was perfect for our family of 8.Loved the quiet of the house surrounded by trees.Rec center within walking distance had everything you need from indoor outdoor pools to gym and pond with paddleboats.Several good hiking trails just a short drive away.Will definetly return.
