Nice house in a good location. Cleaning service took an extra 30 minutes beyond check in to finish cleaning but didn’t vacuum or wash the floors, which was very disappointing. With a quality cleaning service this would have been a very nice home to stay in.

Can’t say enough good things about the location of this place. Easy entry into the park and close to downtown and grocery stores. Then there’s the views - stunning to be see both snow capped mountains and the ocean from the living room!

Very nice house located near downtown Port Angeles. You can walk to many places downtown and there’s a great wine bar close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the property manager was very responsive. The deck was our favorite place to hang out as you could just sit and enjoy the spectacular view and watch boat traffic along the strait. Would definitely stay again!

A group of 40ish somethings enjoying PA and Olympic National Park for an extended weekend. The home was perfect. We loved waking up early and watching the sunrise on the deck and staying up into the evening watching the water. Bathrooms were especially cute. Owners were kind enough to give us a late checkout so we could fit in a hike the last morning. Would stay again for sure!

Beautiful house, great location to explore Olympic NP
Very nice house with a wonderful patio/upper deck. The yard is huge for being ocean front. We were visited by a momma and two baby deer numerous times per day. Location is great for getting into Olympic NP and having access to lots of great restaurants and grocery stores. House was very clean, spacious, and has a cool retro/modern vibe.
The view and deck are beautiful. The house is very spacious. The two bedrooms downstairs are small but comfortable. The bathroom downstairs is very small. The two large bathooms are upstairs. The house was great for 6 adults. The location is very convenient for all major attractions. For elderly or handicapped access would be difficult to navigate.

The house was very nice and the views were stunning. We even had deer visitors to keep us entertained. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had plants of pots and pans but was very short on other items. There was very limited silverware, plates, and glassware. 3 wine glasses didn’t work for us. We had to run the dishwasher after each meal to have enough silverware for the next meal.
All in all we loved the house!

Beautiful views, great home base for exploring the Olympic Peninsula
Kirk's Bluff delivered on its promise of great views and a private, tranquil setting. The beautiful deck and water views were a definite highlight, perfect for enjoying sunsets and watching boats pass by. The house boasts a well-appointed kitchen, complete with essentials like olive oil, salt, pepper, and sharp knives.A few things to be aware of: The downstairs bedrooms are small, making it challenging to unpack or find space for luggage. The shower floor tile in the upstairs primary en-suite bathroom is quite slippery, so caution is advised. You should expect some noise from fog horns as boats pass by. The house did make some creaking noises, even when we weren’t moving around. We encountered a couple of electrical issues during our stay. Upon arrival, the outlets in the downstairs bedrooms weren't working, requiring us to flip a fuse in the breaker box to resolve it. More inconveniently, the electrical outlet in the carport was non-functional, which prevented us from charging our EV car overnight as planned. Despite these points, our overall stay was positive, offering a comfortable escape with impressive scenery.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review. We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed the peaceful setting, the stunning views, and the well-equipped kitchen—those sunsets really are special! We also truly appreciate you pointing out the areas that could use attention. Your feedback about the downstairs space, the shower floor, and the electrical issues is incredibly helpful, and we’re already working on improvements to address these concerns. We’re glad that overall you had a comfortable stay, and we’d love the chance to welcome you back in the future!

cleanliness and furnishings
The location and view of this house was magnificent. The linens were all fresh and clean and the kitchen nicely stocked with dishes, etc.
However, when we checked in, noted that the floors (particularly the bathroom floors) were dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned. We notified the management company, sent them photos and they sent someone to clean the bathroom floors the next day. While guests are requested to take off their shoes while inside the house, it was not possible.
The VRBO can accommodate 8 people (there were 5 adults in our group), yet the seating in the upstairs living room is limited to 4 (with a love seat - not even a full sized couch) and 2 chairs. The seating in the downstairs family/game/TV room is limited to 3.
This was an expensive VRBO, and would suggest the owners consider upgrading their furnishings for a more comfortable stay.
Great location and unique design. Wonderful view from the back deck. Overall, my family of 6 adults had a nice stay with several small issues.
The dishwasher was not working nor could it be repaired during our week-long stay. Bummer. The house needs a good, deep cleaning and some attention paid to details. We cleaned cobwebs, wiped down dirty handles/knobs, and picked up several dead spiders. Lighting is really bad in some rooms and closets (especially the master). Bathroom tile is extremely slippery and non-slip mats would have been a bonus. The 2 common areas really don't have comfortable seating for 6 (much less the advertised 8) adults. Our biggest issue was the "noise." this house moans, creaks, and pops 24/7 and obviously has a story to tell. We were woken up several times each night with loud sounds. It was all very strange!
We had an "okay" stay here but do feel that our expectations were not met from what was advertised vs. reality.
