This cozy yet spacious Ridgepoint townhome offers direct ski-out access to Deer Valley Resort via the Last Chance/Success trails and ski-in access off Silver Link, with just a short walk up Sterling Street. Enjoy the charm and convenience of Silver Lake Village without the crowds or congestion.
Inside, the home features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas, and a private hot tub—perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes or trails. Yet back at the house, deer wander peacefully through my backyard as mountain winds whisper through the trees.

In winter, I can ski directly from the property, while summer opens up gorgeous hiking trails leading to the summit of Bald Mountain. Having a pool adds another wonderful dimension for summer enjoyment, creating the perfect retreat for my children and us.
