The bungalow was as advertised, clean and close to town and within driving distance to Bearizona and Grand Canyon South Entrance. Also nearby to the painted desert and Walnut Canyon. The property owner was quick to respond to questions. Our family of five had a great trip.
Very comfy Bungalow. It was very clean. Wifi was very good as well as the TV channels. It has everything you need. Just like in your own home. It is a very short walk to Route 66, so you can walk the strip if you want to. There are also lakes nearby. Really enjoyed the stay.
The property was conveniently located near the Canyon, stores, etc. Cute house. The AC, king bed, and fenced yard are a hard checklist to find in Williams. Host communicates quickly, and check in was a breeze. Thanks, Rich!
Welcoming secluded and quiet area.
Williams really has been passed by.
Lovely beds, plenty of power unit's
Perfect access to Grand Canyon and Route 66 towns
The house is very sweet and we enjoyed our stay. Richard was very good at getting back to us.Just be aware: The area is a little rough, the backyard fencing is not complete and the downtown is dated. We went at off season so that may have been the problem.
We did not stay much during the day, instead touring the Grand Canyon and Sedona. Cutest Rt 66 theme with new retro themed appliances. Temperpedic like beds- so comfortable after days of hiking. Back yard great for dogs and outdoor area good for sitting. The living room was a little scant on furniture but we actually didn’t use it much. Television in every room. Great stay and would stay again.
Rich’s property was perfect for our little family. Everything was super clean and the kids loved the games they had! We had no issues and would stay here again in the future
The house was so cute and very clean. It was located close to town you could walk to all the cute shops and restaurant's. My English Bulldog had an amazing time running in the back yard. I would defiantly stay there again! We had a wonderful get away.
My wife and I live in Phoenix and frequently travel with our two little dogs. We bought this home in Williams because we love the midcentury charm and location in the center of things – we are steps to the historic Route 66, and hiking trails. We enjoyed fully remodeling the home, putting on a brand new roof and installing central air conditioning and heat, all new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. We hope that you enjoy the home as much as we do!
