Welcome to your modern mountain chalet. Our fully renovated townhouse offers a cozy refuge from surrounding hiking and local nature activities. The new country kitchen is designed for hosting family dinners. GRILL on Balcony. Enjoy access to community indoor Pool, fitness center, Indoor Tennis/Pickle Balls/Basketball Courts (open hours: Sun-Thur 9AM-4:30PM & Fri-Sat 9AM-7:30PM). The house is located directly in Camelback Ski Area. Snowtubing, Waterpark and local mall outlets a short drive away.
Regarding accessibility– from the parking area, the townhouse is only accessible through an outdoor flight of stairs.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Clean, Newly renovated , Great location. Definitely spoiled now with how close the condo is to the mountain. The condo had everything you need for a great stay. Highly recommend! The only con is it needs a larger more comfortable seating area.

Everything was great. My only suggestions would be to define the bedrooms in more detail- for example one bedroom has one bed, one bedroom has two beds, the third bedroom has one bed and is a loft open to the common area. Have a great day!

Everything was very nice, but 1 full bathroom was a bit tough for 4 adults and 3 kids to shower. But otherwise it was excellent! We felt like we were in a ski chalet! So cool!

I’m so happy I booked with Mila she was wonderful. Her place was very modern clean and homey. My boyfriend also loved the stay. The location was also perfect right next to the outlets just want we wanted. The icing on the cake was in fact that I was very forgetful and left my makeup bag but no sweat bc Mila sent jr to my home. I truly appreciate her for this: overall an awesome stay.

Lovely home!

We loved the location of this home, been close to lots of activities! The home itself is beautiful and very well kept. Our only cons would be- they had bath towels but no washcloths, the couch in the living room is a futon, so not very comfortable for watching tv, and pretty small, the 2 bedrooms being in the basement was kind of hard due to having hardwood floors above everything is very loud. The communication with the owner was great, quick and helpful. Overall a very nice place.

The communication with Mila was great. She is very responsive and will assist with any questions asked. The place was clean and modernized. The only downfall of this unit was that the windows and patio doors did not lock which we didn’t feel comfortable with having to figure out ways to secure them while we slept. The units are close, so we can hear everything from next door and vice versa. We were there for a lady's relaxation weekend and were not able to do that since the living room space was too modernized and not comfortable for relaxing. A Comfortable sofa is needed. The bedding could have been more comfortable (the pillows were flat)!

It was a nice property, but based on the listing I was under the impression it was ski-in/ski-out - meaning (in my mind) it was next to the mountain. While the complex is certainly adjacent to the mountain it is large and sprawling. The unit itself is a decent walk to access the actual mountain itself. If you were wearing sneakers, it would be fine, maybe 5-7 minutes. But with kids, boots, and ski gear it was a bit much – my wife had to drive us and pick us up at the drop location. Otherwise, the unit was very clean and comfortable.

Grown and sexy

The property was amazing. Very clean with a modern, chill vibe. I had kids with me but this property would be great for an adult getaway as well. Very close to many activities and attractions. I would definitely use this property again.
