The house was beautiful, very well-kept and well -stocked. The location is wonderful. Walking distance to TU and to Mother Road Market. Close to other attractions. The hosts are nice and responsive. Our kids enjoyed the house very much as well. We really felt at home.

Great house / Great Location

We stayed here for a TU football game weekend. Great location - 10 min walk to campus and also close to great restaurants on Cherry Street - just short drive. Will stay here again should we travel to Tulsa.

Fantastic place to relax

We loved staying at the Bailey house! We were there for the Arabian Nationals . Perfect location between fairgrounds and dining options. The house was adorable updated , great yard and all the essentials needed. We would definitely stay again

Bailey House- great location

We stayed at The Bailey House while we got our son settled into Tulsa University. It is a clean, cozy relaxing atmosphere with a great location. Close to TU’s campus , a short drive to restaurants, museums and downtown etc. We will stay here again when we visit.

Great place to stay

This place was very clean, tastefully decorated and in a nice location. It was a short drive to breweries and restaurants in Tulsa. We enjoyed walking around the beautiful campus of Tulsa University just a couple of blocks down the street. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. I would suggest a couple of things for improvement. We would have liked additional comfortable seating in the living room. There is only a couch to sit on so we had to pull in a kitchen chair or office chair to be able to have seating conducive to conversation. And those chairs aren’t comfortable for that. Also, the second bedroom bed is a full size (there’s room for a queen) which limits who can use it. The second bedroom also needs a dresser. The kitchen was very nice but not stocked for cooking. We planned to make a meal there one night but there wasn’t any suitable cookware for the oven. I still gave this place a five star rating because it was clean and cozy! With a few minor changes, we’d use it again when visiting family in Tulsa!

We are Matthew and Kristen. Both of us are working as Non-Profit Professionals in the Tulsa local area. Matthew is a War Veteran and Kristen is an educator. We have two dogs who love walking at the parks nearby. We also both love collecting and viewing antiques, art, unique cuisines, concerts.

Kendall Whittier is a historic neighborhood in the heart of Tulsa. Catch a movie at the Circle Cinema, pick out a new favorite read at Whitty Books, grab a drink at Bar 473, or walk down to the Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings. The neighborhood also hosts attractions and bands in the main square on Thursday evenings seasonally.

What makes this property unique

We are only a mile away from the closest Reasor's Grocery store to downtown which does not have any grocery stores. We are walking distance to Tulsa University and a short driving distance to BOK center, and Tulsa fairgrounds.
