At first it felt a bit strange to be staying in someone else's place, but everything worked really well and I enjoyed it. The bed was super comfy and warm, couch was comfortable and the amenities were good. Bathroom a bit awkward but workable. I would probably stay here again.
A friend and I were looking for a cheap place to sleep over the long weekend as we had a couple of Brunswick central activities. This was a great little place to stay for the 2 nights we were there. So close to Brunswick, everything you need for a couple or a couple of friends and reasonably priced. Property manager was easy to deal with and very welcoming. Would definitely come back again if we need to stay in Brunswick.
Didn’t really like the late check in. Made it hard to travel with our bags all day.
Overall, it was a good cheap location, close to the city!

Looks like someone lives here full time and leaves when it’s rented
A lot of personal stuff left out so feels a bit uncomfortable. The tangerines in the counter had gone bad and were producing fruit flies. I believe it’s very over priced under the circumstances.

we are so sorry to hear that you felt uncomfortable with our choice of styling and anything else for consumer comfort that you may have felt was personal. We do use the flat ourselves, if we come in for midweek stays and you may have found the kitchen well stocked! (Visitors are welcome to use anything they find) I can’t explain the tangerine?, my apologies, however we do have a bowl with one or two lemons and a secure compost system. You need to be very careful getting in and out of the shower. It’s high. Regulating the shower taps was not good and maybe a bath mat, can be slippery.

Why they chose this property
Love this location, if we come into town mid week, especially being able to walk to Royal Park. Being close to the tram, supermarket, chemist, post office and great food is so easy. Look out for the elephants when riding the tram into the city. We also love the Union St pub and the walk to Sydney road shops including the coffee shops in Union road along the way.
What makes this property unique
Exercise on the oval, just a short walk up the road. Quick easy access to the Freeway to experience all that Victoria has to offer. Five minute walk to excellent Thai food at Union Square Shopping Complex.
