Experience Luxury in this Chic Carriage House getaway, downtown Ukiah, your home away from home! Features 1 bedrom with queen size bed, 1 bathroom, 1 sofa sleeper, cozy living room, and well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy the stunning garden oasis while listening to the birds singing, or take a short walk to downtown restaurants and shopping, or to one of the best coffee houses just around the corner. Continental Breakfast Items Provided.

**A MAXIMUM OF 2 ADULTS & 1 CHILD ARE PERMITTED.
**Please, no additional overnight guests permitted without prior Host approval.
**ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE (4TH GUEST) $25 PER STAY
**PET FEE $35 per stay, limit 1 pet. A 2nd pet will be considered at an additional rate of $15 per stay.

Amazing property. Super clean with no detail missed. Beautiful decor, really nice linens, generous welcome snacks and beverages. Host went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Very friendly and helpful with recommendations for dining. We had a great diner at Patrona. Highly recommended!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Everything in this cottage is welcoming and comfortable. It is in a great location as well. This is the second time we have stayed here and definitely would stay here again.

Valerie was a great host, very welcoming and friendly. Really enjoyed, and needed, the breakfast foods she provided, since it was raining when we got there and didn’t have time to go to the store. Eggs, coffee, creamer, yogurt, pastries, were all wonderful. The neighborhood is cute, with a dog park and stores near by. We visited The City of 10,000 Buddha’s, which we enjoyed very much. If you are traveling with a dog, this place is perfect.

If I could give Valerie’s place more than 5 stars I would. This is the best Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. It was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and the amazing backyard garden with the fountain and many seating options was just what we needed after a long day’s drive. The cottage is well stocked with snacks and fresh baked good were provided in the morning. I will definitely stay here again if I’m going through Ukiah.

This cozy and beautifully styled cottage is a perfect get-away. It is generously supplied with toiletries, snacks, and refrigerated items. A gift of fresh local bakery goodies is delivered by the host in the morning. The backyard with patio table is surrounded by lush plants and vegetables. We appreciated all the special touches and kindness of the hosts that made for a perfect stay.

The place is as beautiful as the pictures. Great location-- .4 mile walk to downtown. The amenities are the best I've experienced--bathrobes, amazing snacks and high-quality breakfast stocked in the fridge. Small, but fully-operable kitchen. And very kind hosts!

We loved the place and the hosts! The space is smallish, yet very comfortable, and extremely well curated - just the right things in all the right places throughout to make best use of the space. The décor seemed relaxed French country, fully updated. The back yard offered various places to sit and enjoy the landscaping and weather. The hosts were attentive, happy to engage, yet never intrusive. We'd certainly stay again when in the area.

This is the nicest place we’ve ever stayed and hosted by the nicest people! The cottage was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed and more. I felt like we were living in a magazine. The schats bakery breakfast was a special treat and overall, we just felt very pampered and taken care of! Valerie and Charles were absolutely wonderful and we left feeling like friends. I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance and we definitely will be coming back!

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood just mins away from the Main Street with plenty of food and drink options. The guest house is so charming. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities. Snacks and a stocked fridge. To top it off, pastries in the morning! Highly recommend staying here. 10 out of 10!

Incredible stay

This was amazing and we will absolutely be booking here again!! A gorgeous cottage with lots of amenities, immaculately clean, great outdoor space to relax with our dog. The fenced in yard made traveling with a dog so easy! Valerie and Charles are so thoughtful, friendly, helpful, and nice!! They really went out of their way to make everything perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this stay!

Lovely cottage

This is a very comfortable cottage in a great location. The weather was very hot when we were there so we really appreciated the comfort when we had to stay in. It is a nice walk to downtown in the early morning cool.

Charming Cottage!

Such a clean and charming cottage! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners are so responsive and pleasant. And they included many snacks and breakfast items in the frig, as well as fresh pastries from a local bakery our first morning. We would definitely visit again.
