Fairway Villa - On Elm Lake Golf Course

Located on Elm Lake Golf Course's 7th green, enjoy great views and beautiful sunsets over the golf course at this completely renovated home. Centrally located and just off highway 82, you'll have easy access to Columbus, Starkville, and the Golden Triangle Airport.

Fairway Villa is a 2 bed 2 bath that has been completely remodeled from top to bottom with all new furnishings. 50" Roku TV, high speed fiber internet, all new appliances, granite countertops and stylish decor. Each bedroom has its own desk/workstation and blackout curtains.
Enjoy watching golfers play as you sit on the covered patio. Be sure to enjoy the awesome sunsets over the golf course as well!

House sleeps 4 comfortably. An additional guest can sleep on the sofa. If planning on 5 guests with one on the sofa, please be sure to let me know so I can provide extra linens and pillows.

Elegant & Peaceful

Brand new and spotlessly clean, this was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting our daughter at Columbus Air Force Base. Right on a golf course with a great view and comfortable outdoor space too. Felt very country and elegant but was very convenient to the airport and town. And our host was awesome and took excellent care of us. We would strongly recommend this place as your home in Columbus. We will certainly be back.

This property is super cute, super clean and perfectly appointed. Quiet and a wonderful place to return to in the evenings or to be comfortable in anytime of the day. Communication was great and will definitely stay in again!

Beautiful Place

After driving for 12 hours this place was just what we needed. Cozy and comfortable, well appointed decor and a great setting. The unit is totally remolded. The host is very responsive and accommodating .
