Gorgeous quiet location in the South Hill of Stillwater and within walking distance to Lakeview Hospital, downtown, Nelson's Ice Cream, and much more! A fully furnished two bedroom, one bathroom spacious upper level duplex (must go up one flight of stairs). Includes two queen beds, living room with large smart tv, dining room, full kitchen, desk, tv in bedroom, in-unit washer & dryer, and relaxing three-season porch. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. You will find the essentials for long term living in the apartment. The Kitchen has all utensils you will need to cook. It now comes with access to one garage stall (which is shared with other tenants). If traveling with a well behaved pet, please inquire before booking.
All utilities including Wi-Fi are included. Unit has many updates including fresh paint, new lights, and new flooring. No smoking.
Owners are local, so maintenance requests and questions are responded to quickly. Stacy, the owner and property manager, is also a licensed real estate agent in Wisconsin and Minnesota with Leader Real Estate Group if you need help finding that next place to call home!
There is 1 security camera located on the garage to monitor the driveway. Please let me know if you feel uncomfortable with that during your stay.
