This condo is just seven miles north of Copper Mountain and a 20-minute drive to both Breckenridge and Keystone. No car? No worries. Almost everything is within walking distance, and you can use the free Summit Stage bus, which takes you all over Summit County. Have a car? Feel free to use the convenient private 2-car garage that provides access to the home as well.

This exceptional three-story condominium features everything you need for an amazing vacation with family or friends. All three bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area, located on their own floor, allow everyone to enjoy their time at this incredible getaway. The living room features two couches and chairs, making it the perfect size for various group sizes. The dining table seats eight people. The newly renovated kitchen is fully stocked with everything you and your group would need to prepare a nice family-style meal. The porch off this home comes with seating and great views.

Walkable location and very clean!

The house is beautiful, but does have bedrooms on multiple levels, so may not be ideal for all families needs. It is in a great location, and we were able to easily explore the area just by walking. The hosts were great to communicate with, and very accessible via text. We loved our time here!

Ski Weekend

This property is extremely nice! It was better than i imagined from the pictures. It is very spacious and the layout of the condo was perfect. Location was excellent, right in town near restaurants and entertainment. It is located within 30 minutes of three different ski resorts.

Wonderful accommodations

The property is in a perfect location. Saint distance to all the shop and restaurants on Main Street and the Dillon Reservoir. Plenty of space to accommodate our family and had all the necessities to make our stay an easy one.

Great location just off Main Street & 1 block from bus stop to Breck & Copper. Spacious & comfortable condo. Nicely stocked kitchen, plenty of linens & towels for visitors. Appreciated warmth from radiant heating. Heated pool perfect after a day on the slopes. Would definitely rent again.

We liked this property so much, I'm almost not sure where to begin. For starters, Frisco is an amazing town to spend time in, year-round. But during ski season (especially when you're not sure which mountains will have the best snow), it's ground-zero in terms of flexibility. We skied Copper, Keystone and Breck all on different days, based upon conditions. We love that Frisco is central to 7 different resorts. Staying in town is also quite a bargain relative to trying to stay at a given resort, and provides many more options for restaurants and shopping. As for the property itself, I think we were the very first renters and feel like we won the lottery when it popped up in our search. The house is immaculate; very nicely furnished; thoughtfully equipped; and even more spacious than the pictures make it seem. The garage was a major bonus--we fit 2 Suburbans inside (yes, seriously). And we fell in love with the heated ski boot rack. This house was lovingly created and outfitted for maximum enjoyment. I'd give it more stars if I could. If you don't love it here, you should probably stay home. Enjoy!

Huge, comfy condo with lots of thoughtful details

We come to Summit County most winters to ski and have stayed in lots of different condos. This place is huge! We had seven in our party and we were very comfortable. This place could easily have accommodated 10. It was very clean and everything was functional. There were lots of nice details like some fresh flowers in the dining room, a little bag of local coffee, an excellent mounted boot dryer for four pairs in the garage, card games, lots of stuff like that. We love to cook and the kitchen was very well stocked with all the tools and implements including blender, crock pot, tons of pans, cutting boards, good knives, etc. We enjoyed the hot tub. It’s also large and outside, which is a bonus, but in the in the middle of the complex (no views). We were able to fit our smaller car with a topper in the garage, which was great, because we weren’t sure we would be able to get fit either car in the garage. The condo is essentially on Main Street and therefore, just steps away from bars, restaurants and stores. The cons and these are minor, but this is a four story building from the tuck under garage to the main suite bedroom. If you are not used to the altitude it’s tough going up and down even for the younger and fitter folks in our group. There’s some highway noise and not like a pretty backyard to look out on or anything like that like there are in some neighborhoods in Frisco. Beds and bedding were ok, but not standout.
