Very clean and private location, well stocked home. We have friends in the area and this property was a nice place to stay and visit them for a birthday celebration
I can’t say enough good things about this property, they thought of everything. Snacks, any bathroom/shower supplies you may have forgotten, even dryer sheets. It’s exactly what it looks like in the pics so no reason for me to upload any. It’s so quiet and peaceful, easy to get to all the surrounding areas. I can’t say enough how much I loved staying here! Thanks Ross, it was great!
A very quiet and adorable cottage tucked away and it was such a pleasant place to relax after each day of traveling around to all the different things to do.
Super clean, great location, comfortable, charming and well appointed with a few appreciated extras! Hosts were super helpful, attentive and accommodating!
The property is perfect for a small family. Everything you could need or want is included. The location is very private but within an easy drive to Easton or St Michaels. Ross was more then accommodating with my requests and very quick to respond.
We had a large gathering of family and needed overflow space for sleeping. This worked out very well for our adult children. Very cute little bungalow!
I booked this adorable property while I was in town for an Ironman race. It was far enough from the venue that I could relax, but only 15 minutes from anything I needed. Clean, well-appointed and comfortable! Property management was delight to work with. Would stay here again.
Very clean, simply furnished, quiet home conveniently located near Rt 404 and within short distance of Denton, Adkins Arboretum, Tuckahoe SP. Easton and Kent Island are <30 minutes drive. Great beds. The owner is very easy to work with.
I stayed at the Tuckahoe Bungalow for a weekend and I wish I could have stayed longer. It had all the comforts of home. The side yard was beautiful and location was perfect as well. The host was very responsive, understand and the stay guide they provided definitely came in handy!
I will definitely be back in a few months.
We stayed at the bungalow while visiting family. It was the PERFECT place to stay. Ross was so helpful in assisting us. I’ve never been to Maryland and he answered all my questions and then some. The house was quiet and had all the amenities that we needed and some we didn’t even know we needed. We cooked at the house and it was well stocked. The beds were so comfy! We loved our stay. I highly recommend this bungalow!
The bungalow is a great cozy retreat in which to spend a few days. While a bit secluded, it’s easy to map your way to main road Day Trips to the East Coast or West to Annapolis. This was our 2nd stay and recommend the bungalow with its ease of entrance, cleanliness, responsive hosts, comfortable furniture, good lighting, responsive thermostat, supplies (including snacks) and great living space. Due to the time of year, we have not used the outdoor campfire area, but it looks absolutely perfect for a small gathering. Kudos to Ross & Chelsea!
We had a wonderful 4-day stay at the Tuckahoe Bungalow in Queen Anne! The bungalow is really a small house that we had all to ourselves. It had everything we needed - comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals (also close to good restaurants in Easton, Denton, & St Michaels), as well as lots of snacks, cozy living room with Roku TV, and nice shower. The host got back to us almost immediately when we had minor questions. Highly recommended!
Clean, comfortable, quiet… met all my expectations and criteria for a vacation rental. There are wonderful trails just a short drive away. It indicated that they are walking distance, however, crossing Shore Hwy by foot didn’t seem safe … Oh, and I’m now hooked on Rise Up Coffee now (nice touch in the kitchen) :)
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming bungalow on the Eastern Shore. It was the perfect spot for our sister vacation—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The location was tucked away just enough to feel like a true retreat. We spent time exploring Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad and St. Michael’s. We even took a day trip to Rehobeth. The bungalow was spotless and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved sharing laughs over wine in the evenings by the gas firepit. Our host was responsive and kind, making check-in and communication a breeze. This home was clearly cared for with love, and it made our time together even more special. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, memorable stay on the Eastern Shore!

About the host
Hosted by Ross Benincasa
Originally from New Jersey, my wife and I are certified "come heres" to the Eastern Shore, absolutely loving this beautiful area. During the day I am a tourism and community development consultant (so we have dozens of local recommendations–feel free to ask!), and outside of work I love cycling and exploring the Eastern Shore's local breweries and restaurants.
Why they chose this property
This property is located in a "hidden gem" of the Eastern Shore. Nearby many of the most popular amenities, including Easton and the famed Waterfowl Festival, St. Michaels, Chestertown, while offering peace and quiet and some of the best cycling, kayaking, and hiking along the Tuckahoe Creek. We stumbled upon this area and it is where we call home, and now we are happy to add this great rental for other families to experience our slice of heaven on the Eastern Shore.
