The home has three bedrooms on the main floor and a sleeping area can be made in the basement. The back patio is enclosed with bushes that allow for guests' privacy.

Our home is well maintained and 6 minutes from Frankenmuth and Birch Run. Frankenmuth has weekly festivals and gatherings throughout the year and Birch Run has the largest outlet mall in Michigan.
What makes this property unique
This home offers a close residence to Downtown Frankenmuth and the Birch Run Outlets. In addition, the home is only 15 minutes away from Saginaw and 25 minutes away from Bay City.
