Step through our front door and you will walk into our bright and airy living room area, featuring a comfy set up surrounding a 65 inch Roku Smart TV. Just past the living room you will see our dining area with space to eat your home cooked meals. Also along side the dining room is the conveniently located powder room.

Next you will walk toward our kitchen, which features two tone custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertop, and designer tile backsplash. Beyond the kitchen and out the back door we have a nice outdoor area equipped with charcoal grill and patio furniture.

Back inside the house, you can walk down the steps to the finished basement and game room area, also boasting a wall mounted Roku Smart TV and cozy furniture set up.

Walk up to the second floor where we have 2 spacious bedrooms both with plenty of closet space, comfy memory foam mattresses, extra pillows and blankets, and TVs in both rooms. The master bedroom features a gorgeous ensuite bathroom. In the hallway you will notice the hallway bath, equipped with a tub and shower combo.

Parking:
Parking is free street parking, which is first come, first served. Please be sure to read the Philadelphia Parking Authority Street signs as they change often and some blocks may be time restricted. Unfortunately we do not have a dedicated parking spot and the city of Philadelphia does not allow for guest parking permits.
We provide our parking recommendations as a starting point for those who have not visited the city, but please know that unfortunately we can't guarantee a spot. Please be sure to check all parking signs closely because they change often. This is just a suggestion as we want to make sure we make your trip as easy as possible! Thanks! - Jon and Gabe

Our home has been fully furnished to guarantee a great stay and create fun experiences in each corner.

The kitchen will come fully stocked with:

-Silverware, plates, bowls, knives, glasses, wine glasses, cookware, utensils, and some baking supplies.
-Basic appliances: Stove, Dishwasher, Fridge, Toaster & Microwave, Washer & Dryer.
-There is a drip coffee maker on site in the kitchen with complimentary coffee for our guests to enjoy, along with sweetener and creamer.
-There is a blender located in the kitchen cabinets if you would like to make smoothies or other blended drinks.

Guest Access:
The entire home is reserved for the guests, the guest will be able to enjoy our home inside and out. We have prepared our home with a game room with:
-Board games and playing cards are stored in the finished basement area on the coffee table.
-We also have a Pac- Man arcade game for you to try your luck on!
-Pack N Play

There is an outdoor charcoal grill available for your use as well as an outdoor table and chairs set if you would like to sit out back and enjoy some fresh air.

Welcome to South Philly! Here you will be close to The Stadium District, Philly Live Casino, Subway, plenty of shopping, great restaurants, FDR park, easy highway access to Route 76 and I-95, and much more!

Getting Around:
Getting around is convenient and easy, whether you have your own vehicle, would like to use public transportation, travel by bike, or walk

Other Things to Note:
Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance

It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. Please check what your credit card covers. You can also visit the Insure My Trip website for insurance options.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a
thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

Pre-approved late check-out (up until noon only) is $50; please send us a request at least 2 hours before your check-out time so we can check our availability and notify our cleaner.

We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. Without this verification we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit of $500.00 or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. of $35.00 We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking

Interaction with Guests:
Our home has been designed for a self-check-in process, our guests will be receiving the check-in instructions on the morning of their check-in date and a full welcome guide shortly after booking confirmation.
