About this property

The cabin is a bright space with rustic accents, vintage florals, and an antique-inspired decor. The cabin sits on 5.15 acres, overlooking the Middle Oconee River. You can access the river right off the front deck of the house, which is perfect for watching otters, beavers, ducks, blue herons, and turtles. The cabin deck wraps around the side where your views will be of the herb garden. Kayak up/down the river using boats stored on the property.

The newly renovated cabin is 2 miles from Athens Loop 10, 5 minutes from NormalTown, 7 minutes from Sanford Stadium, and only 90 minutes from The Augusta Masters. Perfect for UGA home football games, semi-annual University of Georgia graduation weekends, parent's weekends, corporate travel, and remote working. This unique cabin is a hidden gem where you find the peace and quiet of the Middle Oconee River while also remaining close to the city (three miles to Publix).

The newly renovated cabin is 850 sq. ft, which is within the acre of our house and offers plenty of privacy with thick tree coverage.

All bedding is brand new, and you will sleep amazingly on the eco-friendly sheets of Cozy Earth.

The boho-chic cabin sits alone on five acres of riverfront land. Feed the deer known as “Stomps and Company,” kayak + swim in the river, and enjoy peace and quiet by a fire at night.

There is an herb and blueberry garden where you can access fresh herbs and berries (when in season) right out the front door.

Guests have access to the entire 5.15 acres, the house in its entirety, river access, and the two kayaks, we have two paddle boards and can bring them over if requested. Private and secluded in the woods.

There is an herb and blueberry garden where you can access fresh herbs and berries (when in season) right out the front door.

You can sleep soundly with black out curtains. All bedding is replaced with new sheets after each guest leaves.
