Píkaro Cottage

This first floor condo is just 1 block from the beach! One spacious bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa, and one full bathroom allow for a relaxing stay. WIFI & SlingTV included. Walk to the beach with included gear, hang out by the condo pool, or stay in the AC and watch movies. This condo is on the Space Coast, 50 mins from Orlando airport and Disney. Multiple local attractions, beach, Kennedy Space Center, cruise terminal, two large rivers, rocket launches, amazing restaurants, and so much more!
The space
A small building with only 16 units and the unit is easily accessible on the first floor. With a shared gated pool in the center courtyard & just a block away from the beach, this space has all the amenities you would need for a stay at the space coast. One large bedroom with a queen size bed and TV. Full bathroom accompany a living area with TV, workspace, dining area, and full kitchen. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Dryer/Washer in unit. Cleaning supplies are provided for guests to use if needed. The condo is stocked with beach supplies like towels, wagon, bikes, cooler, board games and more!
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire private unit and an assigned free parking space. The pool and patio seating area is available for guest use but shared with other residents and guests. Guest parking spaces are also available. Please be respectful in common areas. Unit is accessed thorough a smart lock, access code are provided an hour before check-in.
Other things to note
A guest manual is provided, it is encouraged to be read upon arrival. Please note this is a quiet and small community. Many people in the building are long time residents and are used to a calm and clean environment. Any noise complaint or issue with guests disturbing residents will result in immediate removal from the property without refund. This is NOT a party rental. Please only choose the property if you plan to be courteous and respectful. The pool is fully gated and not heated but stays warm year round. Fire extinguisher and first aid kit are provided for guest use. Camera ring bell is installed for security and also can be use for convenience, if needed, to communicate to the property owner.

- ALWAYS be courteous and respectful with neighbors in the building
- Pool hours are dawn to dusk
- No glassware by the pool
- Quiet hours are 9 PM- 7 AM
- Any noise complaint or issue with guests disturbing residents will result in immediate removal from the property without refund.
- Non-Smoking Property. A fee of $250.00 will be assessed for smoking inside the cottage.
- At check-out all beach chairs, cooler, wagon, and towels must be left in the cottage. A fee of $30.00 will be assessed if any item is not in the cottage.
- At check-out bikes (2) must be left in the cottage. A fee of $250.00 will be assessed per bike that is not in the cottage.
- ALWAYS lock bikes using the provided locks in the unit
- Please clean any dirty dishes
- Please place used towel on the floor for cleaning convenience
