Located on Copano Bay, Bella Costa is a two-bedroom and two-bath condo that boasts sweeping waterfront vistas. Newly constructed, this sparkling ground-level haven offers en-suite bathrooms and TVs in each bedroom, stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous marble countertops. The eight-unit complex includes a waterfront year-round pool and a private pier. This getaway is located just minutes from Rockport Beach, shops, and eateries.

The living room is furnished with two twin-size sleeper loveseats and two recliners. Watch movies on the 55-inch cable TV. Granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances shine in the well-equipped kitchen. Serve delicious meals at the four-person dining table or perch at the kitchen bar with seating for three.

This single-story condo, sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms and two twin-size sleeper sofas in the living area.

The comfortable primary bedroom has a king-size bed, 50-inch smart TV, and direct access to the backyard. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower that has a rain showerhead. The second bedroom is outfitted with two twin-size beds and a 40-inch TV. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.

Take in partial views of Salt Lake on the front porch, furnished with a cushioned bench. The backyard boasts breathtaking vistas of Copano Bay. Unwind with a crisp drink on two Adirondack chairs and two rockers. Make use of the gas grill and enjoy an afternoon cookout. The complex's private pier provides the perfect spot for fishing (but is not available for docking boats). The 300-foot lighted pier includes running water, cleaning stations, and a 20-foot lower deck perfect for kayak launching.

Everything was as described in ad. Beautiful view. Nice and quiet area. Well stocked, very clean. Only two problems the master bed was terrible, not comfortable at all. In the master restroom there was a huge roach in the drawer where I had my toothbrush, so had to throw that away!

Property and units are exceptionally clean - the AC worked great and the pool was sparkling blue. Easy access to the fishing pier - it is well lit, very sturdy and well maintained (for worried moms checking - there are rails on both sides of the pier BUT downstairs units are right on the water with no rails or gates - if I had toddlers, I would be more comfortable in an upstairs unit). Great location - just over the causeway bridge and easy access to town while being away from it all. Just enough finishing touches to feel cozy without breakables and clutter - great for oets and kids. Beds are okay - showers are great, fridge works well - did I mention exceptionally clean?? 10/10 would stay here again and recommend for anyone looking for a little getaway at a reasonable price

Beautiful condo inside and out, clean, air conditioner was nice and cold, very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, comfy beds and gorgeous view right out the back porch. We had a dolphin that would come up to the property just before sunset every day. Wonderful! Did take a bit to figure out the ice maker. My only real complaint is the noise from the upstairs neighbors. It sounded like they were dragging furniture around in the middle of the night! So odd. It was tolerable and didn't ruin the stay, just annoying. Overall a pleasant stay and we will be back.

This met and exceeded our expectations. Perfect quiet location. Easy access to fishing right out the patio, beautiful tranquil view of ocean. Definitely recommend for low key quality family time. Spring Break Getaway

My family stayed here for our spring break weekend. The location was great, 10mins from Rockport beach. The only thing I'd recommend is to bring handsoaps (they only had dish soap), beach towels and wear your shoes, the floors were not clean, our feet were black within minutes of arriving. The upstairs renter was very loud both nights between 1-2am with a child that was running laps, definitely bring earplugs and a sound machine. Overall, we would come back but be better prepared.

Great…..but.

The property is in a spectacular location the views of Copano Bay are fantastic for the first two days we were the only ones in the building and it was so very quiet. Then s group moved in up stairs and were very noisy all through the night., but other than that it was a great place to stay.

The house was very clean and we appreciate that. We had two big issues though: as soon as we walked in, there were a ton of flies! We killed more than 10! And we kept killing flies the rest of the stay. I asked to management for an insect killer but I never got a response to my text. Second problem, the house did not have ONE SINGLE kitchen towel, NOT ONE! Neither the minimum basics like sugar, or laundry detergent (the house next door always provides 2-3 pods) I had to go to the store and buy everything that is normally included with the rental. We only had two bath towels, one hand towel and one wash rug. The house was comfortable and super clean but it was very short on supplies that other rentals provides, and we've been renting for fishing weekends for a very long time, so we know the standards.

Some things to consider

Was good, however there was dog hair on living area on placemats, couch and coffee table. A trash bag with trash on it was left hanging on drawer in kitchen. Ice dispenser did not dispense ice Back door in living room would not open Pool was dirty Can of ashes from grill was left on patio, full. Also had what appeared to be a bag of dog poop laying in it. The shower in master would drain water in the middle of the night, it was totally turned off Rug in kitchen in front of sink is filthy. Ceiling fans on patio would be a nice addition

The area was comprised of what appeared to be mostly new structures. It's a peaceful and safe area for family outings or quiet getaways. The property was very clean with many amenities. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable with clean bedding and plenty of clean towels. Easy access to the piers. Each of my interactions with team members was friendly and professional.
