Welcome to La La's! This newly listed 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo is located on the 2nd floor of Laguna Reef at Rockport. Enjoy the private balcony with panoramic water views and the natural shoreline with a lagoon and an abundance of bird life from the balcony and the living room. You will definitely enjoy that view from a comfortable living room and watching the large flat screen television. There is plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware. There is also an icemaker, microwave and dishwasher and coffee maker. The kitchen has a bar that opens it up to the rest of this beautiful condo. You will be able to visit with friends or family while cooking or just enjoy the view. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and large closet and dresser for your vacation gear. The bedroom has a flat screen television with basic cable. A queen size sleeper sofa will be sure to provide a great night's sleep for 2 more guests. As a guest of La La's you will have access to the swimming pool, hot tub, 1000 ft. fishing pier with fishing lights, several shared charcoal grills, and the beautiful lagoon area at the water. There are also 3 large ice machines located on the first, second and third floors. There are also coin operated washers and dryers on the second and fourth floors in the same room as the ice machines.

Perfect getaway

Perfect destination for a quick getaway!!! The view and cleanliness of the property was awesome.. believe it or not there was a cool summer breeze (balcony). Enjoyed a great boil seafood meal at a local establishment, lazy beach day, fishing, and swimming.. got it all in. Planning my return! Highly recommend for couples or family outings.

Great stay!

Condo was super clean and comfortable the minute we walked in! It felt very welcoming as did the town. We came down from San Antonio to see how the community is doing after Harvey. We are pleasantly surprised!! Had best pizza ever had at the groove,great dinner at Charlotte Plummer’s , fisherman’s daughter. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you so much for a relaxing stay!!!!

Couldn’t be better!

Clean and well appointed- this place is modern and homey, with a great view. We had a cold snap on the first night so we played games and watched TV. Other days we hit Rockport beach, enjoyed the seaFair and carnival that was here for the weekend, chartered hyped up outfitters for some redfish angling and hung out in the hot tub. All in all it was a delightful long weekend and we will be back!

This place was the cleanest, most wonderful place we have ever stayed they cater to the dogs and the kids and everyone, the people running this place are so nice and friendly almost like part of the family, we will defiantly be coming back, thank you for the wonderful memories.

Everything was great minus the elevator broken. This unit is on sending floor so not that big of a deal, though. Very clean and great view.

My husband and I loved staying here and will definitely book again. The condo was nicely renovated and was so clean. We loved the amenities of Laguna Reef as well: Pool, fishing pier, ice and vending machines, and coin laundry.

Amazing Vacation time

My girlfriend and I stayed for a week, and had a great time. The fully furnished condo, allowed for us to make as many meals as we wanted to, and there are also some great places to eat locally. The entire premise was very well kept. A good memory was made!
