Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location with good walkability, quiet street, surrounded by lovely historic homes. Good shower, comfy beds, air conditioning was perfect for cooler sleeping environment. On-street parking right in front was always available and at no charge for the weekend. We had a bit of a problem getting into the apartment initially, but that was my fault because I didn't read the check-in info closely. A call to the office was answered immediately, and the staff person stayed on the line until we were up the stairs and in the door.

The home needs a few upgrades. The master bedroom bathroom was tight and uncomfortable The bed was squeaky and not comfortable. A lot of chipping paint throughout the home. There was an iron but no full size ironing board only a tabletop board. Overall the stay was okay and there was plenty of towels available. The host was super helpful and friendly. I would not stay again.

We had a great spring break getaway! The location of this property was amazing as I had hoped for. We were able to walk to 90% of what we needed to do. The property management company was always so responsive if we had any questions during our stay. Would definitely come back.

It is a cute spot with the historic feel we were looking for. It is listed as sleeping 6, so we booked it as a party of 5. Unfortunately, the air mattress didn’t work. It sleeps 4 comfortably.

Great location

This place was situated in a quiet area but so close to all the historic homes and squares. Easily walkable to most of the places you want to go.

Great location and clean rental

We had a wonderful stay here during Memorial Day weekend. The location was walking distance to the main attractions such as Forsyth park and the river walk. The rental was clean and the showers had good water pressure with lots of toiletries. The building is older but overall it was a great stay.

Great Location - Mediocre Unit

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this unit is awesome, but unfortunately, the unit itself was a huge letdown.For starters, it is much smaller than the photos make it appear. I could have worked with that, but then I discovered that the balcony shown in the photos and listed as an amenity is completely inaccessible.I understand the appeal of historical charm, but there is a fine line between historic and rundown, and unfortunately this unit falls on the rundown side. If I could attach photos of the ceiling damage and the cardboard literally nailed to the ceiling, I would, but unfortunately this review does not allow photos.The AC also went out during our stay, we were forewarned about a small issue that had been repaired - hence the cardboard on the ceiling. While they did send someone out to address it, the woman I spoke with on the phone seemed inconvenienced by the fact that we needed someone to come out. I specifically requested a call when the technician was on the way, but instead he knocked and entered while I was in the shower. Thankfully, my husband had not yet left for breakfast with his family.While he is actively troubleshooting with maintenance I get a text that he is on the way.... To top it off, the bed was extremely noisy and squeaked with every movement, making it difficult to get comfortable or sleep.Overall, the location is great, but the condition of the unit, inaccessible balcony, maintenance issues, and uncomfortable bed made for a very disappointing stay.

Great location and perfect amount of space!

We had 3 couples that stayed in this space and it was perfect. It was close enough to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Metered parking was right outside the door on liberty street so very convenient! Would definitely stay here again.
