We had a great time at this house. It is a little more run down than the pictures make it look but overall we were happy with it. A few little crawling bugs but I think that’s kind of expected with the location. My main complaint would be the hot tub had so much chlorine in it that it bleached our swimsuits, it gave one of us a rash and all of us itchy. Other than that we had a great time and the owner was very nice and helpful.

A wonderful place full of fun by a gorgeous backdrop!

This place was perfect, so many spaces that allowed people who came to visit their privacy and wide open entertainment spaces so the whole family can get together and have fun. All of this on a gorgeous backdrop of Lake Lavon. This is a wonderful property with a great owner who communicates expectations clearly and is clearly thinking about the guests experience. 10/10 stars!

Wonderful weekend getaway

The house is very spacious and has a lot of entertainment for all ages, decoration is everything you expect from a lake house, and is equipped with everything you need in the 2 kitchens. The house has convenient access to the lake too. Our group really enjoyed this property and had great response from the host at all times. We'll definitely plan to go back!

Beautiful rustic house!! 2 well equipped kitchens that actually came to be very helpful. It was to chilly to use the hot tub but i’m sure we would have had fun. All beds were comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms for a large group.

We had 3 families (17 people) staying in this house for a week. We had a great time! There was enough room that we weren’t on top of each other. The lake was good! All the kids had fun on the paddle boards and kayaks, so much so we bought some for home too. Alex, the host, was very responsive and quickly helped us figure out several issues we had while we were here. It was all very appreciated.

Amazing Lake House

The house was even bigger than we expected. They clearly put a lot of time into the setting it up. Has everything you can ask for. The area is peaceful and quiet. We will definitely be back.

Spacious Lake Get Away

This large house can accommodate many people comfortably. We loved having use of both kitchens. We had one bad weather day, but we didn't miss a beat with all of the indoor activities provided. The host was very responsive anytime we needed anything. Would highly recommend!

Challenges met

A challenging VRBO stay. We have stayed at many VRBO’s and things just sometimes go wrong. Life happens. Alex responded well to the challenges of a Heater going out and critters in the wall. All issues were handled quickly. We celebrated or grandson’s birthday with family and in the end, the little people and some adults said they weren’t ready to leave.
