Guests have full access to the building common areas, including lobby, a 7th floor rooftop pool, use of an outdoor BBQ, and a gym Cozy Condo in the heart of Zona Romatica Steps to the ocean and El Malecón (Boardwalk). Indulge in French pasteries at Paris Café Pâtisseries which is only steps away. Walk to Pancho's Tacos for some of the best tacos around. Enjoy an abundance of Restaurants and Bars that are minutes from your door step. Walk to Muelle de Playa Los Muertos to take a water taxi to YELAPA or other bay beaches.
