Recent remodel has made this amazing townhome a total of 5 BR (2 bedrooms with king sized beds, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, + a 3rd bedroom with a twin bed plus trundle underneath. Will allow up to 8 adults max. Downstairs entry/mudroom with off-street parking. Also a big living room with expansive couch for overflow sleeper or inflate-bed. NY loft style high ceilings with 2,200+ sq feet of living space. Designer furnished and lighting with outdoor deck and a gated yard. Living room has 42' flat screen HDTV. Deck and dining rooms adjoin new kitchen with restored vintage stove.

The top floor master suite features 270-degree views with private deck. The two existing bedrooms offer views of the ski mountain and the Telluride library, and then another master suite is on the ground level which could be locked-off separately. The condo features a private downstairs entrance, tree-filled backyard, a fully outfitted kitchen with modern appliances, tiled bathrooms, and a reserved parking space.

The main living area is on two levels with kitchen, breakfast bar, dining room, living room, and French doors that open onto a deck for BBQ and mountain views.

JJ was wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond to help with special needs we had. The place is wonderful. Ideal location. Very close walk to the free gondola to Mountain Village. Also very close to restaurants and any other shops in this wonderful small town. Be sure to check out the library, which is right across the street and has all kinds of interesting things, including games, to check out. If you have trouble walking around the town, there is a free bus that runs about every fifteen minutes and stops right in front of the library, across the street from the condo. Walking distance to town sledding hill.The condo is well laid out. The kitchen is well appointed. Our family of four adults, two teenagers and a five-year-old had plenty of room and the place is very comfortable. Very clean. This was our second time staying and we love it!

Awesome property and great location! Was a wonderful week! Only issue was lack of available parking for a second vehicle other than street at limited locations, but in the future will not need to rent a car, as everything was within easy walking distance.

Exceptional property, excellent location

The property itself was amazing. We had a party of 7 dudes, and there was more than enough beds and bathrooms for all. We made several meals in the kitchen which was very well stocked. The location can’t be beat: ski-boot walking distance to the gondola! The owner was very easy to work with and went out of his way to accommodate us.

Great location in Downtown Telluride

Cute house that is very suitable for two families with 2-3 kids each. Very convenient to gondola and all restaurants/amenities in town. The kitchen supplies/appliances were a little lacking, but this did not negatively impact our stay. I recommend this home for your Telluride stay.

Great place to stay!!

Highly recommend this location. We had a group of 9 and had plenty of room. We were in town for our annual ski trip and this place fit the bill. It’s walking distance to some great bars and restaurants. The gondola is only a couple blocks away. Renting an overnight ski locker in Mountain Village made the whole experience even better. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip back to Telluride!

Fantastic location! Beautiful space.

My children, grandchildren and I enjoyed a wonderful ski week at this perfectly located condo in Telluride. The gondola from Telluride to the ski village is very close — basically 2 blocks. The shops, restaurants, pharmacy, library, museum, etc. are in close walking distance. We rented a car for the week but never needed it. The condo is spacious and very well stocked. It has everything you could want. We hope to return next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

From beginning to end, communication with the owner was easy and clear. The property itself was just as described in the listing, with an absolutely perfect location in town. Short walk to restaurants/bars, the gondola, shopping, etc.. We had more than enough room, Each couple basically had an entire floor to themselves.

As described and well appointed

Very well appointed home. This home sits at the intersection of old and new. Lots of brick and steal and glass. I loved it. Towel warmers and steam showers were a big hit with our crew. A little tucked away yet close to everything.

Town Fun

Great location to downtown and gondola. Comfortable bedrooms especially top and bottom masters with steam showers. 5th bedroom very small, good for children. Kitchen average equipped with 1950’s stove/oven which gives the kitchen character, but the oven is too small with only 1 rack. Hard to get items in/out. Overall, very nice house in our #1 favorite town in CO we visit regularly. ENJOY

This is our second year staying here. The pace is incredible. The location can’t be beat: ski-boot walking distance to the gondola and right in the middle of town. It’s also just a very comfortable place to hang out in and the interior design is very cool. JJ is an excellent host, very easy to work with.

Fabulous Telluride Hub

We seven adults had such a great time in this spacious, well-appointed condo -- our hub for the 49th Telluride Film Fest. Everyone had a place of privacy yet there was a wonderful common area for us to cook, eat, play and spend quality time together. The location is in the heart of the town of Telluride -- close to everything! The owner was kind and accommodating (thanks, JJ!). We look forward to next time!

Amazing Stay!

We had a group of 8 adults (4 couples) who stayed at this property, and we all agreed on how amazing it was! The location is perfect if you're wanting to ski during the day and enjoy Telluride downtown at night. It's less than 2 blocks from the Gondola to get up the mountain (or hit the Madeline Spa and other great places in Mountain Village), and you can ski all the way down to the gondola base at the end of the day. It's walking distance to all the amazing downtown restaurants/bars for the fun nightlife! JJ was super easy to work with, and the home was very unique and comfortable. We had plenty of space to cook, eat together, watch the Super Bowl, and sit around a table playing cards at night. All the basics were provided (shampoo, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, etc.), which made life easy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, with each couple having their own bathroom. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Telluride!
