Spectacular ocean views from every room and a heated/chilled pool make this 5 Bedroom home a true sanctuary to rest and relax! This brand new home boasts over 2000 sq feet of decks and porches to lounge around the pool. cookout, watch golfers, gaze at the many deer frolicking in your back yard, or just take in the natural beauty of this National Wildlife Refuge Sanctuary!
Fripp is home to over 3 miles of world-class beaches, tremendous inshore and offshore fishing, and 2 championship golf courses.
Climb up to the widow's walk (Eagles Nest-Almost Heaven) to take in the breath-taking 360 degree views of the island, watch bald eagles, ospreys, pelicans, blue herons, egrets and dolphins hunt for a meal, or gaze at shooting stars and the milky way galaxy lighting up the midnight sky.
And, if all of this isn't enough, the Sunrises are "truly magical" and inspiring! You will want to come back year after year!

Four amenity cards are provided with any 7 day stay allowing access to all Fripp Island restaurants, rentals, pools, golf courses, tennis/pickle ball courts, and marina.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Start a load of white towels in the washing machine, please do not overload the washer.
Replace all pool toys and floats under the house and rinse off beach wagon and chairs that were used. Put bikes back in bike storage area.
If you used, please Clean off and wipe down gas grill and put cover back on. Return all deck furniture to original staged area.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest is required to answer a series of questions over the phone within 24 hours after booking is accepted.
Absolutely no DIVING in the pool! The whole property is non-smoking. If you need to smoke please do so off of the property. Thank you!
No children under the age of 14 are allowed in the elevator, pool or Eagle's Nest (Widow's Walk) unless accompanied by an adult.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

Blue Sanctuary is the ideal beach vacation spot. The house is so comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The pool was enjoyed by all ages. My favorite place was the screen porch with the amazing views. Hope to return soon!

This home is a true family retreat. The view is amazing and the home is well stocked with all you need. The pool, screened porch and eagles nest were wonderful. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

Great family retreat

A spectacular place for a large family stay. The home is clean, new and well appointed with all the amenities one needs. A great location on the island with everything a short golf cart ride away. I couldn’t recommend the host more highly.

Best rental house ever

This place was amazing, the best rental house we’ve ever stayed at. The house is breathtaking with a beautiful view and an amazing private pool. First time we’ve ever been to Fripp but would definitely go back and this would be the first house we would stay at. The owners made the check in super easy and communication with them was always quick and easy. Best vacation ever!

Beautiful home

We were 7 adults and 5 teenagers and everybody loved the house. It was as beautiful as the pictures. The pool was wonderful and we could easily cook family dinners in the kitchen. Paul and Kathy were wonderful hosts! We all agreed, we’d love to come back!

Exactly as described and better. Amazing views, beautiful nature, right on the golf course. Very spacious and well laid out - all adults had beautiful rooms with patios and water views. Lots of wildlife - Fripp is incredible for nature and wildlife exploration. Great golf too. Highly recommend!

My family has had the opportunity to vacation at several houses on Fripp Island and our recent stay at this property was absolutely fantastic. I would venture to say that this property is in the top 5% of island rentals. It is such a wonderful house to entertain family of all ages. We look forward to returning at some point in the future!

Worth the Splurge!

This house is amazing! It was our first trip to Fripp and it has definitely spoiled us. Due to the amazing location, beautiful interior, pool and THE VIEW…it’s a bit pricey. But you get what you pay for and we definitely hope to stay again in the future. We were huge fans of the pool, floating away watching the ocean, golfers, and dozens of deer in the evening. It was quiet and private and the owners clearly have great taste in decor.

Best week ever

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect week. The house was a dream come true for our family and the host was extremely responsive. We had never been to Fripp- he provided us with everything we needed to know. The house was perfect for our group of 13. And the bikes, wagon to get to and from the beach, pool, and gorgeous views were highlights for us! We would recommend this home to anyone and everyone!!

Family Vacation

We travel a lot and this was the nicest home we’ve ever stayed in. The layout is perfect for a large group. The view is stunning. The pool very relaxing. We enjoyed the deck, the screened porch and the view from the roof! Notable is that all the furnishings, dishwater, and linens are high quality. You really feel at home. And the homeowner could not be more accommodating. Wonderful week at the beach.

Memorable Christmas Stay

We had a lovely time at Blue Sanctuary! We celebrated the 70th birthday of a sister and spent the Christmas holiday with our family! The home is FABULOUS and hands down the best VRBO we have ever stayed in! 8 adults slept comfortably with room to spare! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and serve a large crowd! We enjoyer riding the four bikes provided and also golf carting (rentals) around the island! The owner was very helpful and communicated well and very accommodating! Thanks for a great stay!

We had our daughter and son with their families (8 grandchildren, 6 adults) for a week and everyone agreed this was our best beach vacation ever! This house was fantastic, the views of the 18th hole and the ocean from the entire back side of the house were memorable. Morning coffee watching the sunrise from the screened in porch, spectactular!The house was gorgeous. Everything was so wonderfully appointed - anything we could possibly need or want was right there for us to use. Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful week at Fripp in this lovely home. The home is well located on the golf course with stunning views. The home included absolutely everything you need for your family…. rooms to accommodate all our age groups, a main level master suite, bikes, beach chairs, a hang out space for the teens, and a well stocked kitchen. The owner have taken extra care to make sure all the extras for your vacation are available and have thought of everything for the home. The owner was available for questions throughout our stay as well. This lovely home will not disappoint!

Perfect Getaway

The Blue Sanctuary is such a beautiful property and wonderfully appointed. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Paul was so attentive to every text or call and made our week absolutely seamless. My husband and I wanted to get away with our three kids and my daughter’s best friend, and it was the perfect respite for our crew. The views were spectacular and we utilized the outdoor living space to the fullest. The layout of the house is ideal and our friends want to join us next time! We will absolutely be back!

Frippin’ Awesome!

What a beautiful home! We’ve been coming to Fripp for 13+ years. This new home is stunning and has everything you need to feel at home. We loved the screened in porch at night and everyone enjoyed dipping in the pool to cool off. Great location on holes 10 & 18 but close enough to the ocean to hear the waves crash. Amazing views. We had 8 teenagers with us and they enjoyed biking and golf carting to their fav spots. The hosts were wonderful and available to answer questions! Can’t wait to come back!
