Guests have access to the entire house and backyard pool retreat. Access to the garage is not included with this rental.

We give our guests space but are available when needed. We are happy to help you in any way possible. Most of our interaction is done remotely. Access to the house is done with a keypad for which the personalized temporary code is provided at check-in. (Please note access code expires upon check-out time). Although we cannot offer private tours of the city, we can certainly point you in the right direction.

The best thing about this neighborhood is its proximity to The Galleria and location just minutes by car from restaurants, nightlife, and popular attractions. We suggest renting a car, which can be parked in the driveway, or traveling by UBER/Lyft when staying here.

The neighborhood is in a middle/upper-end class of homes that are mostly renovated with professionals and families as neighbors. Many properties have recently been remodeled. Please note that the neighbors are elders, who help us keep an eye on the home, and they are sensitive to noise after dark. This is NOT a home for partying and/or loud music.

Houston is relatively easy to explore, especially when staying in a place like this where transportation options are abundant. The best way to get around without renting a car is through UBER/Lyft.

The nearby metro rail connects downtown Houston and NRG Stadium. The service also serves the trendy Mid-Town( an area that offers a range of restaurant opportunities, energetic nightlife, and boutique shopping), The Museum District ( a must-see for adventurers of all ages), EaDo ( East Downtown Houston also known as the Art+Soul of the City) and the Texas Medical Center. You will be located within minutes of many restaurants, bars, and nightlife.

IMPORTANT: This home means a lot to us, and we've put so much time into creating spaces that are comfortable, high-end and thoughtfully designed. We ask that our guests respect this home and TREAT IT AS YOU WOULD WANT A GUEST TO TREAT YOUR HOME.

PARTY-PREVENTION POLICY: One-night stays will require an additional $200 deposit, refundable if no damage/missing items are discovered after check-out.

This listing requires the following:
- Acknowledgment of house rules
- Pre-approval for dogs, subject to size restrictions and must be house-trained. Additional $50 cleaning fee applies.

NOISE/COMPLAINTS:
○ Excessive noise or complaints result in reservation termination without refund.

DRUGS/ALCOHOL/SMOKING:
○ ZERO TOLERANCE No smoking allowed on the property, including outdoor areas. Drugs, including marijuana and other illegal drugs, are strictly prohibited. Violation incurs $300 air-scrubbing/cleaning charge.

CLEANING POLICY:
○ Check-out: Place used towels on washing machine, start dishwasher, clean/put away pots and pans, remove personal items and food. Turn off pool equipment if used.
○ Light-colored furniture and linens. Excessive stains/damage/spills incurs additional cleaning fee of minimum $75.
○ Report any breakage immediately.

REGISTERED GUESTS:
○ Only booked guests allowed overnight. Pre-approval required for day visitors.

UNREGISTERED PARTIES:
○ Strictly no parties allowed. Violation will cause reservation to be cancelled without refund, and guests will be required to vacate property. Outdoor security cameras will be reviewed by host periodically to help enforce rule.

PETS:
○ Dogs welcome with additional fee. Service animals permitted with pre-approval.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
○ Visible cameras for security/emergency purposes only. Located at front entrance and pool area. Footage kept 10 days, deleted if no incidents reported.

PARKING:
○ Guests may park in driveway and in front of the home only. No parking in front of neighbors' homes. 4-car limit for guests.

ADDITIONAL DOG INFO:
○ Clean up after your dog.
○ Use front grass yard, not back turf yard.
○ Crate dogs if left alone (4-hour limit).
○ Small and medium-sized dogs allowed.
○ Use provided dog bed and blankets on furniture.
