Constructed in 2018 this detached ADU guesthouse boasts a large backyard, complete with a basketball court, and a picturesque courtyard adorned with beautiful trees. Our cozy retreat is conveniently situated close to the Historic Deodar Trees, an esteemed monument declared by the City of Los Angeles.
