Spacious grand Villa for an accommodation for 16 people on the beds and another 16 can sleep on the floor beds. Situated Near Beach & A1 grand & Sai Priya. Walkable to GIMSR and GITAM. Near to Silver OAKS school. We also have a big function hall for weddings and also having the hotel, opposite to the facility and the name of the hotel is called SB Square Hotel. Having 3 different types. 17 Deluxe Rooms, 17 Executive and 4 Suite Rooms. Having 38 A/C rooms, very big Function Hall for marriages and excellently suitable for destination weddings and nice reception Area. It's walkable distance to GIMSR, GITAM, BEACH, A1 Grand and Sai Priya and opposite to Vididhillu Guest House. Situated in almost 3/4 acre lot.
