Why they chose this property

Oleander area in Bakersfield is one of my favorite neighborhoods. Bakersfield has really changed a lot but I will always love the neighborhood for all the big trees and older style homes. Each home has a mother in law quarter behind each house. It is truly a beautiful neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

YOU WILL FEEL LIKE YOU ARE HOME. MY HOUSE IS VERY COMFORTABLE AND I MAKE SURE ITS SPOTLESS FOR YOUR STAY.
