Shaded back yard and magnificent front porch area. Offering tons amenities for your stay. Home features a large shaded front porch with seating to enjoy that morning cup coffee looking out and across the street at wooded area of possum Kingdom. Just right down street about block is lake access. Down at boat launch and heading north down m Anthony is excellent walking area for about 3 miles with lake side homes all along
this area.
Just imagine has large shaded fenced back yard with awesome fire pit area plenty seating and firewood furnished. also features bbq grill and 6person outdoor table to enjoy your grilling pleasures.
Inside the home features a large but cozy living room with WiFi and Roku TV, dining room has a huge 6person table and bar stools at kitchen bar enjoy the double refrigerator and freezer dishwasher 1 bedroom has private queen bed 2 bedroom has private king bed 3rd bedroom is huge features 2 queen beds with plenty stretch out room the closet is so oversize there is set bunks in there for added sleeping space beds are all poster pedic comfortable beds, bathroom 1 features tub shower combo and bathroom number 2has tub with separate shower.

Hi im jackie i purchased my first property at possum kingdom in 2000 my wife 2 daughters along with my 2 grandkids have enjoyed this place so much. We live out west Lubbock and i make the trip 30 times a year. A few years ago i decided to add additional properties at the lake for others to enjoy also. I'm a avid fisherman and love the water we have so many friends at possum it is our HAPPY PLACE and we want this time to be your happy place also, We have designed our properties with family's in mind our sole intent is for this to be a memorable time away from home, a time for relaxation, fun maybe some fishing, boating, tubbing, skiing, maybe just some sun tan or read a book. Maybe lay out under the stars or smores on the fire pit. Family time is important and here is the place to join together and enjoy each other.
Why they chose this property
Just Imagine is a 2000 sq ft plus home located centrally to all areas of possum kingdom lake, like rocker b 8 miles state park 10 miles cliffs 6 miles harbour 6 miles various resturants bars and few stores located on paved quite road with boat dock and loading area and swim area about block away, The home offers a large covered front patio, fenced back yard, fire pit with wood furnished, corn hole games, lots parking. The inside opens into a large living room with isolated dining room featuring 3 bedrooms 1 with king bed and bath across hallway 1 with queen bed and bath next to it in hall a huge kitchen and laundry room the 3 rd bedroom is very large and has 2 queen beds and bonus side room offers bunk bed this is accompanied by a master bathroom with tub and shower. Just to be transparent as you turn off hwy 2353 there will be 2 older generational homes that are piled up with a lot these folks have never thrown anything away. After that lots new short term rentals have been added in last few years most homes are short term rentals with a few full time residents that are great neighbors.
