**HOUSE RULES & ACCESS**

Guests have full access to the home’s living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and private yard. The **garage is not available** without prior written authorization. Monitoring equipment is present in the garage, disclosed per VRBO policy.

A unique door code will be sent **48 hours before check-in**.

Note: To comply with Boynton Beach Ordinance Article V, Sec. 13-96(a)(4), if any guest is under 21, at least one guest must be 25+ and present at all times. This is a legal requirement for short-term rentals.

Guests with fewer than five verified stays may be asked to provide a photo ID via the platform for verification.

A **fully refundable $500 security deposit** is required for all stays and is returned within 7 days of checkout, assuming no damage or rule violations.

**LONGER STAYS**

Stays of **28+ nights** require a signed lease by all adults (18+) at least two weeks prior to arrival.
