So this will be the weirdest 5 star review on a VRBO. Unfortunately, when my wife and I got to the VRBO, there was a communication mix up and we actually did not get to stay because, we'll call it a computer issue. We never received our check-in instructions. Thankfully, we had a friend in the area that we were able to stay with And when we explained what happened to VRBO corporate, the corporation of verbo and the host were deeply apologetic, made sure to cover any associated fees for new arrangements with the mix up and refunded the fees for the trip without any sort of fight or aggravation. So we just chalked this all up to a learning experience regarding some behind the scenes, stuff and the host and the company handled everything like champs, and we're super appreciative that it was a smooth issue overall. So we would certainly book again with this host, now that we know there are contingency plans for technical glitches.
