Our latest Airbnb is a modern and chic city dwelling with 3 beds, an open-living floor plan, and a fourth floor deck that`s the perfect retreat from the hustle & bustle! The chef`s kitchen is fully custom - featuring NOLI Modern Italian Kitchens & cabinets, quartz countertops and a large island - just the right spot to gather around a good meal, or even better company! Your primary suite has its own private balcony, and the spacious bedroom offers a peaceful place to rest your head. Have some friends over and make some memories on the fourth floor, where that sizable deck and a sleek wet bar are just waiting for the next big game or special celebration! We can`t wait to host you - it`s not a matter of if: it`s just a matter of when...
Please note, we do have a few house rules for you to follow:

We do NOT allow smoking of any kind on the property. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, weed, or any type of illegal substance. If determined that smoking has occurred on the property during your stay, you as the listed guest will be subject to a $250 fine upon check out.

Per the City of Cincinnati and its ordinances, the number of people on the reservation must NOT be exceeded at any time unless otherwise approved by the host. If determined that an additional guest visited the property during your stay, you will be subject to a $500 fine upon check out.

Cameras that are on the exterior of the property are recording 24/7 and can be used to support host if needed. We have a zero tolerance policy. Please note that at anytime we find out that the connection point on the interior of the property has been adjusted, it would be subject to fine or removal from the property.

**Please do not unplug/disconnect any internet routers or boxes without first contacting us! Our unit security requires an active internet signal at all times. Unplugging any router/box without host approval result in an additional fee. The unit will also be subject to host entry to remedy the issue at our discretion.**

Check Out - Directions can be found under the house guide! We will also send check out directions the morning of your departure. Please note that check out time is at 11:00 am – we ask that you check out promptly so our team can prepare the unit for its next guest!

Great stay. Only thing I would say to add to the property page is to explain that the garage is accessible through a *very* narrow alleyway that requires driving up on the curb. Wasn't a problem but would have liked to know that ahead of time.

Wonderful stay

My friends and I had a fantastic experience at the property! The house is beautifully renovated top to bottom and there is tons of space for sleeping and relaxing. I'll certainly be staying again the next time I'll have a group trip in the Cincinnati Area.

This was a great place. Clean, well-appointed and comfortable. We had read about navigating the driveway but you can put one side of the Carr up on the curb when you enter the alley and it is pretty darn easy. Loved our stay!

Great stay. Parking difficult

The property and location were great. The listing did accurately mention the parking detail and the reviews noted the challenges other visitors encountered. We have larger vehicles and found it difficult to get in the garage. We chose to park in the nearby public parking garage at a reasonable rate. Overall great experience but the parking situation does require consideration.

Great house

Very spacious and exactly what we needed for a weekend downtown! Beds and couches were all comfortable and we had plenty of space for everyone. Just be expected to squeeze your car into the alley if you plan on parking in the garage. My SUV was about as wide as the alley road and it was tight

Nice place- stairs, and one eccentric bed.

The property manager was extremely gracious and helpful. The apartment has one bedroom on the ground floor, the social areas on the second, the other bedrooms on the third floor, and a party room on the fourth: all high ceilings, all very long staircases. Don't leave your sunglasses in your room! One of the bedrooms had a queen-size daybed, which the adults in our group didn't really like. Overall, we slept well, had a nice visit, and got aerobic benefits out of all those stairs.

Amazing property

This property was spotless and very well decorated and furnished. Every room was comfortable. The rooftop decks were very nice. We didn’t need to use the kitchen to cook but the appliances are all very nice, and there was great lighting throughout. Parking was a little tight in the alleyway but four cars could be parked there away from the street. We attended a concert at the stadium and it was a quick and inexpensive Uber ride. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

OTR Visit

This property is was a delight. It was very spacious, well lit, tasteful interior decor, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and a great location to OTR. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space on the 3rd floor. Two things I want to warn future guests about is: 1) There are A LOT of stairs to climb and both stairwells to the upper and lower bedrooms from the main floor are extra long 20-step stairwells due to the 12' ceilings, plus the circular staircase to the top floor was tricky, and 2) Although having a private, secure parking garage is a big plus for an inner city property, getting a car in and out of the extremely narrow alley space was a big minus. It was VERY difficult to maneuver our SUV within such a tight space without scraping the wheels on the concrete side curbs.

With that being said, having a two car garage in our location, is an amazing value add! While the alley might be tight, everyone seems to manage to get their car back there without issue. Thanks! Messages to the host were answered very quickly. The street in front requires permits every day but Sunday's. The garage is huge and roomy but the alley to get to it is extremely narrow if you drive a crossover or SUV. It took some patience to get in and out. Check in instructions weren't sent until the literal check in time. It made it a little nervewracking to coordinate with the other group driving in from a different area and stressful waiting for them. The house was as described. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The app messaging seemed to have some bugs to work out as links weren't clickable and I couldn't find the "parking details" as mentioned. We were mostly able to figure things out but we never saw a house manual or any tips to help us acclimate to the space.Kitchen was stocked with what we needed for a few cooked meals. Coffee supplies were well stocked. The rental is about a quarter mile from the Cincinnati connector that we were able to take both to Findley Market/Brewery District and too and from the Reds game alll for free. I appreciated having very little asks at checkout. If you plan to use the outdoor space, you may want to request the cushions be kept dry. It rained when we first arrived. We tried to move the cushions out of the rain as soon as we noticed nothing was covered but it was too late and we couldn't use the furniture for our stay without getting damp. The view was really neat.
