We didn’t have a driveway for parking as listed ,shrubs were overgrown. Parking limited,front of house on a two way, busy/noisy street with o/g rose bushes. The house smelled of cat urine. The one small couch in the front room was stained and smelled. There was a throw rug,it was filthy. The only other furniture was a table, floor lamp and television. #1 bedroom had one nightstand, dresser and floor lamp, ceiling fan light did not work. #2 bedroom had a smaller bed, a wall rack. See through w/coverings, bedroom windows were in line with neighbors about 10 ft away.Dining room had a table/chairs had white hair on them, stained area rug.We bought an air filter for air return as it was filthy. The door was locked to the air handler. I became sick the second day, had to go to the doctors 3 times(ENT doctor) for a sinus/ear infection during the 3 months,I don’t get sick!. No iron, ironing board, toaster, very limited kitchen. We didn’t use the dishwasher it smelled, was dirty. We had to turn on/off the gas to the stove as there was a gas leak. The dryer/washing machines, vanity drawers were not cleaned out. Main light in bathroom didn’t work, electrical outlet hanging out, hall bulb was broken w/socket stuck. Backyard was unkempt, not anywhere to hangout, BBQ was rusted, tools inside. Ants,flies in house. scheduled canceled /repairs etc during our stay. This should have been done before 6/1. Linens new unwashed. Furniture is sparce & old. House wasn’t quest ready! Max 2 people
