Thank you for your review. I’m glad the home’s size, bunk room, pool, hot tub, extra refrigerators and laundry units, and smooth communication/check‑in worked well for you. I’m sorry the property wasn’t as clean as expected and that essentials (iron/ironing board, cleaning spray/wipes, extra toilet paper) were missing. I’ve reported the cleanliness concerns to our housekeeping team for retraining and a deeper inspection, and we’ve stocked the missing items. I’ve also noted the grocery distance and will update the listing and welcome guide with nearby options and tips. I apologize that bed locations and sizes made sleeping arrangements difficult for some couples. We’ll update the listing to make bed layouts and sizes clearer so future guests can plan accordingly.
