Completely re-modeled with new furniture and mattresses! You will love our townhouse at the relaxed north end of the island, a complex called Fernandina Shores. The complex is a very short 2 block, 3 to 5 minute walk to the beach. Our townhouse is one of the best locations in the complex. Unheated pool, tennis courts, and quite close to the public beach, Saltlife Restaurant, Etc. The townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths! It is very spacious, on two floors with FREE wifi. Great Townhouse! 1609 sq. ft, as large as many homes. 3 bedrooms 4 beds, 2 singles, 1 queen, 1 king, Sleeps 6 2 full baths upstairs, 1 half bath downstairs Full Kitchen, Living Room, Dining, Deck/Patio downstairs, Upstairs small deck with 2 chairs outside of master bedroom. Annie and Mitch are professional hosts with properties in Athens, Ohio. We have vacationed on Amelia Island for a least 20 years. We decided to purchase a great, spacious townhouse 2 blocks from the beach right before the pandemic. We had a great time furnishing the townhouse with beachy pictures and furniture. Because we can only be at the townhouse for two weeks every two months, we decided to share it with others, like you!

Why they chose this property

This property is only 2 blocks from the beach on the North end of the island. We consider the North end best because we are close to downtown Fernandina and all of the great restaurants. We toured many oceanfront condos before settling on our townhouse. Most oceanfront condos are very small and some can't help it but they smell like mildew. Our townhouse is not only large but it is dry and super clean!

What makes this property unique

Close to beach, shared unheated swimming pool and tennis (pickle ball) court, close to Saltlife restaurant, the public beach with mini golf, playground, etc., plus a few miles to the iconic downtown with great restaurants.
