WELCOME! To the Greatest Snow on Earth!
and AWESOME SEASONAL ADVENTURES!!!

This beautiful, spacious, newly remodeled 2.5 bedroom condo is located at the base of the Canyons Resort. In winter you'll access the lifts and slopes in minutes. The area offers hiking, biking, and golf--this cozy retreat is on the 13th green of the Canyons Golf Resort!
This condo is now equipped with three individually controlled air conditioning unit to add to your enjoyment of the space. AC units are located in the living room, first floor bedroom, and loft area.

The clubhouse offers guests 2 pools, wading pool, 2 hot tubs, sauna, tennis & pickle ball courts, and sand volleyball court.

Our condo has a fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances, pots, pans, and kitchenware.The table can be enlarged to seat 8 if necessary. The cozy living room offers a 46 inch smart TV, full sofa, love seat, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, and sliding glass door to the patio.

The entrance area has a ski closet to hold six pairs of skis, hat and glove holder to allow quick drying, and boot trays.

A first floor master bedroom offers a king bed, two chests of drawers, full closet (hangers, hamper, extra pillows, and blanket), a 26 inch wall mounted TV, and ceiling fan.

The second floor bedroom offers two queen beds, chest of drawers, full closet, (hangers, hamper, extra pillows, blanket), and ceiling fan.

Kids--and adults--will absolutely love the full/twin bunk bed in the third bedroom/loft! It also contains a nightstand and chest of drawers.

A full bathroom with combination tub and shower is located on each floor. Starter toiletries are provided but guests should bring an ample supply for the stay.

All linens, towels, paper products, dishwasher/sink products are also provided. Towels are not provided for the pool.

Park City is one of the nation's premier ski destinations. Now that the Canyons Resort has combined with the Park City Ski Resort you will have access to over 7, 000 acres, 300+ trails, 17 peaks, and 38 lifts at your service.

You'll be at the lifts and slopes in minutes through use of the Canyons Connect Shuttle on your phone app. The shuttle picks up about 30 yards from the front door and can transport you anywhere in the Village and to the Park city bus stop.
This complimentary, on-demand ride service is available within Canyons Village during winter operating dates. This service is app-based and available in the App Store. Search “Canyons Village Connect” for details, service areas and to request rides.

Our condo is located within the quiet yet stately Red Pines Condominiums near the base of Canyons Village. Although it's great for staying during the winter ski season it is a year round retreat! There's always something to do in Park City!!

Situated on the green of the 13th hole at Canyons Golf Resort it offers solitude but is only about 100 yards from the clubhouse which offers 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, heat sauna, showers and changing room. There are 4 tennis courts, 2 pickle ball courts, and a sand volleyball court for your use too! The pools and sauna are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day as well as during the entire ski season.

There are a multitude of hiking and biking trails near to the condo as well as at the Canyons Resort itself. Ride the Red Pine Gondola to the top of the mountain to hike or walk down or transport your bike up with you for an exhilarating ride down the now green slopes!

Great condo, we had fun over the July 4th holiday in Park City & Canyons. Mary (owner) was great to work with. The condo has very comfortable beds. And the kids really enjoyed swimming in the two community pools.

Cozy condo!

This is a cozy, clean, comfortable condo. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and comfortable beds. It would be nice to have a grill and, although it sleeps 8, it might be crowded for 8 people. Just right for the 3 of us. Nice location.

We enjoyed our stay in the Red Pine condo. It was just perfect for our family of 4 adults. The condo was very clean, well out-fitted & comfortable. Nice condo walking distance to Village

We would definitely stay here again. Very clean. Newish remodel. Well stocked for cooking. Working fireplace. Short walk to clubhouse with indoor/outdoor hot tub, sauna and lobby with fireplace. Very open so upstairs can easily hear downstairs noise is the only negative.

Great Experience!

Communication and response time with property managers and with condo owners was top notch! Kitchen was probably the best we've ever seen in a VRBO with regard to quality of the pots & pans, utensils, mixing bowls and storage containers. Ski hangers and boot dryers were an added plus! Mattresses and pillows were extremely comfortable. Clubhouse (with heated outdoor pool and indoor and outdoor hot tubs) was right across the street (2-3 minute walk). Would definitely recommend staying at this condo.

Comfy, Cozy & Clean

This condo was the perfect size for the 5 of us. We had a small issue when we arrived. We contacted the property manager and she was quick to get back to us to help resolve the issue. The condo was very clean, had newer plush towels and sheets. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could possibly have needed. There was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and Kleenex. The condo was in a great location also. It was decorated very nicely. So comfy, cozy and clean! We will stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you!!

Great Park City Experience

I spent four nights at the property recently with a group of 4. Everything was as listed. We skied each day so we didn't spend too much time at the house, but the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The efficiency of the shuttles was impressive. We were picked up and dropped at the slopes with very little wait time. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub one evening, which is a short walk. We also took the shuttle to the transportation hub to catch the free bus into Main Street. Mary responded to my questions very quickly and made the whole trip run smoothly. I would definitely stay at this property again.

My husband John and I live in Pennsylvania and are avid sports enthusiasts. We like to ski, bike, run, hike, golf, play tennis and pickle ball, and scuba dive along with watching other sports on TV which we can not participate in!

We especially enjoy being outdoors and appreciating the various scenery Mother Nature has to offer!

We have been lucky to have four, now adult, children who grew up with sports and activities which they continue to this day.

When we went to Park City a few years ago to visit our youngest son who lives there, we fell in love with the area and purchased the condo!

Being retired, we now enjoy spending some time of every season of the year at the condo and experiencing all that Park City and the surrounding areas have to offer. You are never at a loss for activities and things to do!!

If you chose to stay at our condo (or at another site) we hope you enjoy your visit to "PC" and return in the future!
