Spacious Ocean View Condo - Gold Standard Approved

This third floor condo offers great views of the pool and Caribbean. The two bedroom condominium provides all amenities to enjoy your "home away from home" with beautiful, local hardwood vaulted ceilings throughout. The master bedroom offers a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a custom and spacious jacuzzi tub as well as a separate walk-in shower. A queen bed in the second bedroom, a second full bathroom, plus an extra room with a futon makes this the perfect vacation home for two couples or a small family.

Part of The Landings at Tres Cocos family, which includes additional one, two, three and five bedroom options, this condo is located just north of the bridge at the cut and less than one mile from San Pedro Town. Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Guests of the property enjoy two fresh water swimming pools, a salt water swimming pool, a beachside BBQ cooking station, dock and an on site management team that can assist you as needed. Our goal is to ensure you have a relaxing and unforgettable vacation while enjoying all that San Pedro and Belize have to offer.

This is our second stay at The Landings, we love the location and the property. Close to town as well as easy access to the beach and north part of the island, plenty of restaurants close by as well.

Mike and Brittany are amazing

I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again. Mike and Brittany took the stress out of our trip and were amazing to work with. The rental unit and property were beautiful.

Peaceful and Close to Fun

Had a lovely, convenient stay and enjoyed the option of bbqing for ourselves as well as ordering drinks for the fridge! Close to groceries, restaurants and tour operators. Great place, great staff!

San Pedro Oasis

Beautiful, quiet setting on the water. Condo was nice size, well equipped, and very comfortable. Brittany and Mike go the extra mile in helping to make local flight arrangements, picking us up at the airport, etc. Would stay here again or recommend it to family/friends!

Felt like home with a plus

The people we met at The Landings were fantastic. Brittany & Mike went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed & answered every question/request we had. The condo was very comfortable for our family. The pool & location was great. We loved getting coffee at The Farm House, breakfast at Beans & Rice Grill and Dinner/drinks at Coco Loco. Great stay!

Outstanding beach condo!

This condo was perfect! It was beautiful, well stocked, and very clean! The grounds were tidy and obviously well cared for. The property hosts, Brittany and Mike, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! They answered every question we had and even some we didn't know to ask! They booked excursions, flights, and golf carts for us. We felt so safe and comfortable during our stay. I cannot recommend this condo and Brittany enough! Book with confidence!!!

Great Stay!

The location of this property is perfect and the hosts were nothing short of amazing. They met us at the airport and made sure we got to our place quickly, as we were travelling with a toddler. Helped us with our luggage and all of our flight and golf cart bookings, which took a ton of pressure off. They also had great restaurant recommendations. We hope to be back soon!

Relaxing location with great view

Weather was nice hovered between 80 and 84 the whole time we were there (late April) Nice breeze off the ocean great view from the deck of the pool and ocean. Easy walk to get food or groceries in either direction north or south great little beach bar next-door. Condo is very comfortable with air-conditioning in each room. Brittany and Mike were very hospitable and made our stay very easy.

Family Trip

The Trip was amazing! Our location was a little away from the resorts but a good distance from Secret Beach and downtown! Our hosts were awesome from arranging our transit from Belize City to San Pedro to helping us stock our refrigerator. We were in a group of about 15 that include some senior members. They were great about room location and accommodating everyone’s needs!

Comfortable condo with ocean front location, a mile north of San Pedro center. Brittany and Mike are superlative hosts, incredibly communicative and responsive. Can’t say enough good things about their customer care. Overall, we had a great stay.

The Landings is a great place. Mike and Brittney are awesome hosts. Take care of everything for you. Getting checked in and out was a breeze. Condo is great. Views are awesome. Only downside is the pools are chilly, and beach loungers are uncomfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

A wonderful week at The Landings

My wife, friends and I arrived late, in pouring rain at San Pedro airport. Brittany was already aware of the delay with our international flight and had assisted with rebooking our flight from Belize City. She met us as we arrived and escorted us safely to our condo. The weather improved and we had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The four of us left with great memories and certainly a desire to return. Thanks to Brittany and Mike for making it a super vacation.

Beautiful Condo and Facility

We really enjoyed out stay here. The condo was lovely and Chad and Kimberly were excellent hosts. They prestocked the fridge with Belikin beers and arranged a fishing and snorkel trip for us. The fishing trip picked up right from the dock at the property. The salt water and regular pools were excellent. We wanted to spend more time just enjoying the property amenities. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place and location!

Highly recommend staying here! The place is larger than expected, with high ceilings and a great view. In addition to the two bedrooms there is an office type of room that has the futon/couch that converts into a bed. Brittany and the team were incredibly responsive and helpful, and made us feel right at home. The whole complex felt extremely safe and secure, and the pool is really nice. The location is also excellent, with a burger place and grocery store and coffee shop next door. About 10 to 15 minute golf cart drive to the ferry dock, 5 minutes to Truck Stop restaurants and about 35 minutes to Secret Beach. Highly recommend staying here!

Centrally located

We were met at San Pedro Airport by Brittany and Mike with our golf cart rental. We drove back to condo while they took our bags. Anything we needed they took care of during the week. Friendly staff. Coco Loco's next door. Food is great. James the bartender is fun. You're close to San Pedro town to the left. Close to Secret Beach on the right. Brittany and Mike made travel home a breeze. Highly recommend but don't take our unit!!! We're coming back!

Belize “chillaxing” vacay

We really enjoyed this condo..spacious enough for 3 adults with two bedrooms and two baths, great view of the fabulous Caribbean from the balcony, all necessities for a super comfortable stay, lovely pools, and extremely responsive, accommodating hosts . They made sure everything from arrival and pick up to departure was taken care of perfectly. The only thing that no one could actually “fix” was the incredible inundation of sargassum grass which affected beach and sea access. Aside from that, we would return in a heartbeat! Thank you Chad and Kimberly!

Vacation Relaxation

We had a wonderful stay at this property and will definitely stay here again for future visits. The communication was amazing from the moment we booked. It was so helpful to have Mike and Brittany pick us up from the airport, take our luggage to the property and deliver it to our room, and give us a little tour of San Pedro. The property grounds and unit were very clean. The unit was well-stocked with small appliances (coffee maker, french press, blender, electric kettle) and utensils. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of extra clean towels, and there are AC units in each bedroom and the main area. The ocean view was amazing, so nice to have coffee on the balcony every morning. Location is excellent, Close to San Pedro proper, as well was some popular locations north of the bridge. FYI: The unit is on the third floor and there is no elevator. This was not an issue for our group at all. There is convenient golf cart parking at the base of the stairs.We had such a nice time at this property and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing vacation.

Convenient to town but completely outside the congestion of it.

Convenient location - close to town but outside the congestion. Unit was nice - a couple of minor cosmetic things, but nothing big - the listing photos are accurate depictions. The back area with the pools and private beach area is great - it was never even close to overcrowded. Everything was clean and well-kept. Our unit was on the 3rd floor (no elevators, so if you can't or don't want to do stairs, go for a lower-level unit). The private balcony/lanai in the unit was terrific - reasonably sizeable and with a great view of the pool area and Gulf/ocean. The separate salt water pool was an interesting added touch, but be careful as it's slippery. Most importantly, Brittany and Mike were fantastic hosts. We've spent a lot of time in various Mexican and Central American locations and, when doing so, generally find that they operate on "island time," meaning you can't expect to be in a hurry for anything. Not so with Brittany & Mike. They were amazingly responsive, I would definitely recommend, if this is the type of place you're seeking. .

August stay

We had never been to Belize and upon arriving to San Pedro Brittany and Mike were instrumental in helping us get settled. They met us at the airport, walked us to get our golf cart, Mike took our bags in a separate golf cart while Brittany drove us to the condo in ours. It would have been overwhelming to have done it on our own, especially after a red eye and no sleep. They had arranged our Tropic Air flights at a discounted rate, reserved our golf cart and had five gallons of cold water and some pre chosen beverages waiting for us. The condo was perfectly located; just barely outside of the chaos of town and near some great restaurants like the Truck Stop and an easy drive to secret beach. On the return trip home Brittany and Mike came and got our bags and drove them to the airport and checked them for us. All of that was unexpected and very nice. Throughout our stay if we had any questions or needs they were able to answer to them. The condo itself was comfortable and has an amazing view. The pool is wonderful and we spent much of our stay in the pool or reading by the ocean in the breeze. We had a great trip and Mike and Brittany were certainly a big reason why it went so smoothly.
