Sunset Reef Villa is a beautifully renovated, spacious villa. All Rooms are well furnished with A/C, WiFi. Beautifully renovated, the modern kitchen and bathrooms add a touch of luxury to your vacation, and stands out from other villas. Many upgrades including new appliances, cable, washer and dryer, BBQ grill and a spa like pool, outdoor shower. Sunset Reef was a beautiful, well-appointed house walking distance to the beach. However, that beach has very strong currents and wasn’t the prettiest beach but we still enjoyed long walks on it. It was so relaxing falling asleep to crashing waves. The property manager Katy Ann was very patient with us as we ran late because of a missed connection and also stopped along the way to pick up dinner and some groceries. The owner was also quickly responsive to any of my questions before the trip. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Rachael was a very welcoming and accomodating host. I have stayed at many different villas in Tobago. With all considerations taken together, location, amenities, comfort, view, pool and everything else, this is the best place that I have stayed at. Hands down, no comparison.

Lovely Property in a great location

The villa is very clean and well maintained. It is a five minute walk to a great beach. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance. A great choice for an extended stay in Tobago.

Sunset Reef Villa is Great

Overall the Villa and area was excellent. Restaurants close and very good. We enjoyed the Waves! Walking the beach was wonderful. Info provided by Rachel was very useful for our stay. The Villa was beautiful, especially the outside patio. Wonderful spot for enjoying a morning coffed.

The house was quite clean and tidy. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The view was serene. We all felt safe. It was great being able to walk down to the beach. We even bought fish!

Great place! We were a group of six. We had plenty of room to spread out. The pool was a great treat. The beach and fisherman were just lovely to see. The kitchen had more than we could want for cooking many meals. We had great dinners at both Waves and Sea Horse just down the street.Two things to consider: if you want to get around, you'll need a rental or take cabs to go to the grocery, explore the island, etc.; and there are roosters and dogs in the morning, just be prepared. We were, and we had a fantastic time. Rachael and her crew service made sure we were all set, answered questions immediately. We would highly recommend.

The property has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.Each room has their own a/c,toilet & bath and hot water.The property is mere seconds away from the beach and the sunsets are absolutely beautiful.I think we found our new spot in Tobago as we"ll definitely be back.
