South Nampa Tree House

Welcome to South Nampa! Come on in to the Farmhouse! Enjoy the mature trees in summer and the woodstove in the winter. A perfect cozy place to call home for a while. This house offers all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen and country farmhouse furnishings. Close to downtown Nampa and trendy dining. Walk on the green belt over to Wilson Ponds from the neighborhood! Boise and an urban experience is about 35 minutes away. Please help us keep this home allergy friendly! NO PETS.

House manual
1. Guests and visitors agree to comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.
2. No shoes inside the home.
3. No smoking inside the home or anywhere on the property.
4. No parties or events.
5. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.
6. Quiet time after 10 p.m.
7. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.
8. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin.
9. STRICT NO PET POLICY
10. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
11. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. *Damages must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb. Guest agrees to pay damages- Additional cleaning is an additional charge- At the sole discretion of the host, an additional cleaning fee of $100 can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard of cleaning.
12. Wash the dishes and throw out the garbage before checkout.
13. No illegal substances.
14. Please do not rearrange furniture.
15. Be kind to garbage disposal.
16. Lost key= replacement fee of $25.
17. Please respect Check in/out times
18. Upon checkout, please remove all sheets and towels, washcloths etc. that have been used and place in a pile on the laundry room floor.
