Outside, enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine at the outdoor seating area with umbrella, perfect for soaking up the Florida weather. Plus, the private driveway right in front of the unit makes parking hassle-free.

There is a shared laundry room available for use and it costs $1.50 per load.
•We are happy to accommodate pets for a fee. Fee is based on per pet per stay, for stays of up to 7 nights, a one-time fee of $150 is applied and paid separately after booking confirmation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional fee per pet will apply for each succeeding night. Cats require a refundable $1000 deposit. Please contact us before booking to inquire about the applicable pet fee, as it varies based on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply.
