About this property

2 Bedroom, 5 min walk to bay beach!

2 Bedroom, full bath and kitchen. Private setting on a quiet road. Spacious, sunny, private deck with distant water views set high above trees. Window a/c units in bedrooms.

5 minute walk to Burton Baker Beach. Also, 5 minute walk to secluded and beautiful bay beach known for spectacular sunsets and views of Great Island. Short drive to ocean beaches and charming downtown Wellfleet.

New updates include gas grill, brand new dishwasher.

The space
When you enter the front door, you will immediately go up a set of stairs (The space is above a garage that is not accessible).

Upon walking upstairs, you will enter the living room. Off the living room is a full kitchen and two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds).

The living room opens up onto the large, private deck, wonderful for relaxing with a cup of morning coffee, or a cocktail and bbq at the end of the day at the beach.

Guest access
The entire home is yours, other than the garage which is used for storage and is not accessible. There also is a laundry room downstairs with a washer and dryer, accessible via a back door.

Other things to note
Please note that as is customary for most Cape Cod rentals, guests should expect to bring their own bed linens and towels. If guests are unable to do so, there is a place to rent linens within a mile of the house. We are happy to provide details.

Had a nice stay, photos are accurate and is in a convenient location. Back porch is really nice although there did not appear to be a light to turn on at night which made it difficult to eat on the porch for dinner. Overall would recommend staying here.

Great location! Walking distance to two small bay beaches and a very easy drive to several Wellfleet ocean beaches and the National Seashore beaches. The place is cute and is as described in the listing. Easy parking and great deck!

Terrific location. However left turn on to route 6 is terrifying!

Nice over garage 2 bed unit shower is terrific. kit good needed to attach sliding doors in master bedroom rather cumbersome to manage and make good use of the storage. Suite case stands would be helpful. Overall an adequate retreat from the sun and sand. AC units are loud & annoying! Too bad you cannot access fresh air by opening a window in the bed rooms. Otherwise great location & close to town and restaurants, beautiful beaches & ponds. Thank you for the coffee and tea! We had a wonderful time !
