Cozy STUDIO in charming Victorian home.
Private entrance; beautiful garden with Barbecue; one FULL SIZE BED. Private bathroom, kitchen, dinette, wifi, and cable. Stove but no oven. Ideal for one person. Animals welcome. I am also a licensed Real Estate Agent if you need help renting, buying or selling. Feel free to contact if you have questions.

This was such a great place for me to stay while working in Yonkers. The host are perfect and the space was large. The kitchen had everything I needed and the bathroom was great. I have no complaints at all.I would definitely stay here again.
