Enjoy easy access to all Stillwater has to offer: 2 minutes from Payne County fairgrounds, 8 minutes from town, 8 minutes from Sparrow Beginnings Venue, and 6 miles from OSU. It's quite. Has great neighbors. Only a short hop from town (less than 7mins), you get the country life and never have hit a stop light to Walmart.

We have an full fenced backyard at 3/4 of an acre. Fruit trees on the property. Quite peace of Stillwater!
