Make yourself at home in this brand-new, fully-equipped apartment in the heart of Bucerias' Golden Zone, steps from the beach, and excellent restaurants serving all kinds of food.

Enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning from your private balcony with a view, don't miss a day of training at the fitness center, and relax in the Jacuzzi and pool area.

*The space*

The Mexican-style apartment features hand-painted wall paintings by an artist from Bucerias, a queen-size bed with a bathroom and rain shower, a private balcony with a view, and a full kitchen equipped with an electric stove, microwave oven, minibar, and blender. , coffee maker, and a large sofa bed; It also has ceiling fans and air conditioning.
For your convenience, it has a washing machine inside the apartment. As well as cleaning service once a week (in case you stay a week).
You also have a parking space in the building at an additional cost.
*All units are “Lock-off” style, which means that you can join a studio/apartment (2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, 2 terraces) with capacity for up to 6-8 guests. Ask for more information.
