Perfect for large groups. Two gorgeous Adjacent newly remodeled Farm Houses that could easily accommodate groups of up to 20 people.
The two houses combined have a total of 8 bedrooms, 11 beds, four and 1/3 bathrooms, two fully stocked kitchens, Two large game rooms, two laundry rooms, two jacuzzi spas, two barbeque areas, fire pits, and so much more to mention.
The houses are located within a few minutes drive to the Horse Park, Hunter Ranch golf course, Light at Sensorio, the Water Park and some of the most popular wineries in Paso Robles.
Both houses have great views of the vineyards with plenty of parking for everyone.
Free early check in and late check out when available.

Paso Robles family getaway

A perfect property for our large (ish) family vacation getaway. This is the first VRBO we've stayed out with two separate houses on the same lot - and wow perfect to have some privacy between the two houses, but also so close that we are all together sharing.

Friends Birthday Weekend

We had a great stay on the farm. Both houses were great for our large group. We found the yellow house to be the place to be for our dinners and get togethers. Not only did it have more space it was more equipped eith the necessities. Overall the distance between the houses was perfect.

Lovely weekend in Paso

Our extended family had a wonderful time here. The houses are well appointed and closer than they look, with a path between them. We were all able to share meals together at one house, and the outdoor seating was delightful in the mornings and evenings. The view from up at the white house is spectacular! An enclosed area for pets was a nice touch, although our dog mostly enjoyed running around the large field. Everything worked out just perfect, thank you!

Family Reunion

We met the manager at the property the morning before checking in. He was so helpful and authentically interested in our group that was gathering for a family reunion. The sleeping, cooking, eating and gathering areas perfectly met our needs. The large deck, with a wonderful view, was a perfect gathering area. It, along with the games in the garage (pool table, ping pong etc.), were in constant use. It was a perfect venue for our family reunion.

this was a real find in many respects - what’s most important to me is a clean place, a responsive host and a safe place for my dogs. anything else is of lesser importance, but sams place scores 100 on the first three and there are many other pluses - we were 11, only 3 couples so great with the 8 bedrooms all the singles had their own room/. kitchens very functional, with more than just basics /. chickens!!! (eggs!) / extremely well maintained backyard lawn at yellow house ——separate large fenced in kennel accessed thru main bedroom —-entire property securely fenced. —great vue from the white house; that house has a more modern feel and that’s where the garage turned into game room is. rural character neighborhood, complete with a dusty dirt road named dusty road - very well located for anything you want to do in paso - no downside here if you are a group, i visit paso every october for a dog event at the horse park and friends tag along. we liked this place better than the other places we have stayed. it felt so spacious and was very quiet - and sam responded almost instantly before during and after our stay. we felt like respected guests. thanks sam!

Great big group venue

We stayed at the two houses for my husband’s birthday. We had his siblings, kids, and grandkids stay at the houses and we were also able to park 2 trailers there. Everyone was thrilled with how much space there was and the big bonuses were the game rooms! Older aunts and uncles were playing ping pong with the teenagers, the little kids were playing air hockey, and the property was large enough that everyone could run around or find the space they wanted! Sam made everything easy and responded VERY quickly to every inquiry I had. It was a great experience all around!

It’s a Family Affair

We are parents of the Groom. We filled both homes with out of town family. One home hosted the Rehearsal Barbecue which covered family in the two homes plus Wedding Party and significant others. It was a fantastic time. Fun games in and outside. Good food and great people. The Wedding Venue was back roads from the homes to San Miguel. What gorgeous views and Wineries along the way! Our VRBO stay was just perfect and all who stayed with us raved about everything, including the path that kept us so well connected. The Owner, Sam, was so kind and responsive to any & all of our needs. I have no doubt that the couple improvements I suggested will get done before the next guests arrive! Best Wedding Ever!

Wonderful Family Reunion Houses!

We held our 12th Annual family reunion and had just under 20 family members at Sam's two houses. They are right next to each other and made for a wonderful long weekend. The White House is fully stocked with all kitchen supplies, bathroom etc. We utilized all the bedrooms, played in the Garage Game Room and hung out on the patio. The Yellow House is a little bigger, but kitchen is abit less stocked. We used all the bedrooms and loved eating outside together on the back covered patio, and then we played lawn games on the back lawn together and Large Jenga on the patio. Sam was a delight to deal with and super responsive. We all agreed the location and houses, amenities were great and we will return, should our numbers stay where they are. I highly recommend both of Sam's houses! Thanks, Sam!

Great House for Large Group

We had a family friend reunion with 15 adults and 4 children under 5 and the two houses were the perfect venue for the weekend! The Yellow House had a large living room area with lots of indoor seating and we enjoyed the big inside area when it was very hot outside, but also used the shaded backyard area and grass to play some lawn games. The White House has a beautiful view from the patio and we grilled burgers using the BBQ one night. The White House rooms did get bright in the early morning and it seemed to heat up a bit more during the day with the large windows in the living area, but had AC and kept us cool enough on the 90 degree days. We enjoyed the game room in the evening which was slightly detached from the White House as it has a TV, pool table, ping pong and foosball. There was also a chicken coop in the front yard of the Yellow House that the kids enjoyed walking to and watching the chickens. Sam was also very helpful leading up to the stay answering all my questions and was available throughout the stay as well.
