Beautiful Home with Game Room.

There is a $200 refundable deposit added to your booking after you make your request to stay. If you have an undisclosed event or party your deposit will not be refunded.
Nicely remodeled home with a game room that includes foosball table and Nintendo switch. Large 65" 4k TV in living room with reclining couches. The house is 2 blocks from Publix grocery store. Short 12 minute drive to the Jaguars stadium and downtown Jacksonville. There is a security camera outside on the front side of the house near the carport and also a camera in the laundry room that is outside.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Property had broken furniture both recliners felt like you were going to collapse Home has a horrible sewer smell as soon as you walk in and if no windows were opened He has air monitors that were solid red but went green after two days a ozone machine mold in bathroom shower ceiling Beds seemed like old sheets on them and bed was just put together after someone just slept in it home needs serious upgrades dishwasher disgusting ice maker busted coffee machine is filthy dishwasher was filthy stove and oven was filthy bathroom toilet had urine stains around the bottom. locks on doors not pet friendly he has a list of dogs not allowed on door. Ice trays in freezer had dirt hair frozen in them my wife cleaned the place because its filthy dont recommend staying here until a inspection is done..

Highly recommend!! Very clean and cozy. Great location, close to everything yet very nice quiet neighborhood. Beds are comfy and shower heads have good water pressure. We enjoyed our weekend stay very much!

The property looks recently renovated. Clean and modern, it's well cared for and the owner is responsive to messages. Came to town for the UGA-UF game and found it easy to get to/from the stadium from here.
