This is a cozy quiet budget cottage like farmhouse ranch that is centrally located near 10 mile and Gratiot. It’s on a very quiet private street but close to freeways, bars, restaurants, Lake St Clair (5 mins), Downtown Detroit (15 mins) and Royal Oak (15 mins).
It features a 58” Ruku TV w 800 mpbs wifi plan! Sleeping arrangements include: 3 bedrooms, 4 standard beds (2 queen and 2 twin beds).
Living room features a 58” Ruku streaming TV with apps for you to use your logins. There is also 2 sofas and a large desk and other various tables and decor.
House internet has 800 mpbs wifi for all your streaming needs with a 58 inch tv in the living room.
Bonus: Brand New Fridge and Convection Oven with Built in Air Fryer.
Sleeping arrangements include: The house has 3 bedrooms, 4 standard beds (2 queen and 2 twin beds). In the master bedroom there is another large desk and chair for additional workspace.
Kitchen and Dining: There is a large kitchen with brand new 2022 refrigerator and range with a built in air fryer as well as a large dining table that seats 6. Additionally there are basic cooking and dining ware as well as a K-Cup coffee maker and microwave. (Also includes plastic dinnerware for kids). A coffee and tea starter pack will be supplied so that you will have starter supplies available upon arrival.
Bathroom: there is 1 bathroom, basic soap and shampoo will be supplied along with a hair dryer (potential for other bonus supplies as available but not guaranteed)
Security and safety: The property is equipped with blink security doorbells and cameras (all outdoor facing cameras for safety and security purposes). There is also a first aide kit under the kitchen sink and the front door has a smart lock with passcodes that are temporary/timed and change with each guest.
Laundry: washer and dryer is available and located on the right side of the kitchen
Front porch: large flat slab front porch with awning with 2 chairs and side table
Backyard: the backyard is fenced, very large, and peaceful, there are 4 chairs and 2 industrial chairs with a small charcoal grill (charcoal not included)

This property is all about being centrally located but on a quiet peaceful street. Its close to all Metro Detroit attractions, lakes, recreation, and nightlife!
What makes this property unique
Almost all furnishings in the house are new. The property is on a very quiet street and private but also very centrally located. Close to fishing, boating, restaurants, bars, and nightlifht in several popular cities!
