Wonderful condo in a beautiful location. It worked great for our group of four for a long weekend getaway for hiking 14ers. The full size bunkbed at the loft along with two rooms provided a beds for everyone. The steam room and outdoor hot tub were terrific as well.
Great location on the river, right on hiking/biking trails. In the middle of Keystone resort. Condo in great condition with the exception of overhead lighting in the kitchen and dining room. At night too dim.
Great place, easy access to skiing. Only problem, if you need maintenance (like a beeping, dying smoke alarm going off all evening) you can call and email multiple numbers and addresses and no one knows who the owner is or what company is managing the units! No one seems to know! 24 hours of trying and I finally knocked the alarm down myself with a broomstick.

My friend slept in the top bunk bed and woke up with what we thought were hives we figured she was allergic to the laundry detergent or something. She slept in the king bed with me the next night then went home because it got so much worse. Then my other friends came and slept on the bottom bunk and woke up with covered. We took the sheets off and can see brown spots on the mattress. The bottom bunk actually didn’t have sheets on it which was why my friend originally slept on the top bunk. Then my friends that came next put a sheet on the hed themselves to sleep there. Almost makes me think housekeeping noticed something about the bottom bunk, odd it wasn’t made…. We’ve been waiting hours to hear from the local team that is apparently reaching out to us to assist. None of us want to leave and risk taking anything home but have all of our ski gear clothes etc. have been in and out of our cars. Absolute nightmare avoid this property

Loved this place. Very close to mountain house base and the shuttle bus was literally steps outside our front door. The first night was a little stuffy (due to no ac) but the weather got much colder during our stay. It would have been nice to have dish soap for sink and dishwasher but other than that it was an awesome stay. Those were only small details that we don’t pack for.
