** The state of Hawaii assesses an occupancy tax payable to the resort at checkout ranging between $10 and $30 per night based on the occupied villa type.

** The resort will be undergoing villa renovation beginning August 9 to November 16, 2026 in Hale 1 through 5 and January 10 to March 3, 2027 in Hale 6 through 8. The construction will be done floor by floor for each Hale. A property wide fire alarm system upgrade will be completed at this time. Please anticipate construction noise during daytime hours. Resort amenities will remain open.

These outages are part of the Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) strategy that is being implemented across the island to proactively shut off power to help prevent wildfires when certain conditions exist. The Hawaii Electric Company expects these precautions to remain in place on the Maui, Oahu, and Hawaii Islands for the foreseeable future. As noted, these outages could occur at any time and may last for up to one to three days.
