Family Ski Trip

We had a great trip. The property was as expected. The issues were with the booking process... it took a week for the property manager to complete and send a booking confirmation. Then upon check-in the property (timeshare/ hotel) couldn't find our reservation using any of the confirmation numbers given. They did say that they have had issues in the past with it. Otherwise the rest of the trip went smoothly.
Stayed 4 nights in Feb 2023
